Common use of Occupational Superannuation Clause in Contracts

Occupational Superannuation. 5.6.1 For the purpose of the employee enjoying a higher contribution to their occupational superannuation fund, an employer and an employee may agree at the written request of the employee that the employee will sacrifice part of their wages due under this Agreement, provided that such sacrificed part of their wages is paid by the employer to the credit of the employee in an agreed complying Fund.
