Off Cycle i. Classroom educators who are not on their evaluation cycle in the 2020- 2021 school year may volunteer to participate in the entire Growth and Development E3 Process, in partnership with the site administrator. The 2020-2021 school year will be considered an on-cycle evaluation year for educators who volunteer.
Off Cycle. The Professional Growth Plan process includes goal setting. A minimum of one goal must be agreed upon.

Unit members shall complete and sign the Professional Accountability Learning Plan each off cycle year, stating they have completed the self-assessment and outlining their focus area for the year. It is the responsibility of administrators to monitor and provide support to unit members with respect to their focus area.
