Off-Unit Assistance. AICC will place resource requests and coordinate with other ranger districts and cooperating agencies with priority given to closest available resources. For resources not available in Alabama, orders will be placed with adjacent state coordination centers or SACC, provided the requests do not exceed the amount listed in the Southern Area Mobilization Plan (Chapter 40 - Inter-Forest Cooperation). SACC (Southern Area Coordination Center) will request resources through AICC for incident support outside of Alabama. When resource orders are received, District FMOs, AFC employees, or cooperating agency duty officer will be contacted by the Coordination Center to fill requests. The Center Manager will keep the Forest FMO informed of ordering activity and resources assigned. Movement of resources will require both parties be responsible for safety of personnel involved. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Sending unit will check personnel for such items as adequate and required personal protective equipment (PPE), forest map, physical fitness standards met, current IQCS qualification cards (and that they are qualified for the position they are being dispatched to perform), tools and equipment are in good conditions and safe for use. Personnel being dispatched off-forest or out of the Southern Area should be briefed on what to expect. Briefing should cover: PPE item checks, transportation, weight limitations, crew boss expectations, any assignment details, fire situation, etc. Receiving unit is to be responsible for the safe use of personnel and equipment after it is received, including personnel welfare and equipment maintenance. Receiving units ensure sufficient safety officers and other overhead are available to manage the fire safely. Personnel not familiar with the area will be briefed before going on the fire.

  • Client Assistance You acknowledge that the implementation of the Tyler Software is a cooperative process requiring the time and resources of your personnel. You agree to use all reasonable efforts to cooperate with and assist us as may be reasonably required to meet the agreed upon project deadlines and other milestones for implementation. This cooperation includes at least working with us to schedule the implementation-related services outlined in this Agreement. We will not be liable for failure to meet any deadlines and milestones when such failure is due to Force Majeure or to the failure by your personnel to provide such cooperation and assistance (either through action or omission).

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.

  • Education Assistance The lay-off may be eligible to apply for this option if:

  • Peer Assistance Both new and experienced teachers benefit from professional support provided by other classroom teachers. For the purpose of this article, peer assistance describes activities planned and implemented by the Consulting Teacher in collaboration with the Participating Teacher and the supervising administrator. The activities shall be designed to strengthen the Participating Teacher’s skill and expertise in accordance with the California Standards for the Teaching Profession in the following areas: mastery of content, instructional skills and techniques, alignment to District approved goals and objectives, classroom management, planning and designing lessons for all children, assessment of student progress toward established standards, appropriate learning environment.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Educational Assistance Plan The state shall provide up to six credit hours of tuition-free courses per term at a state university or community college to full-time employees on a space available basis as authorized by law.

  • Study Assistance An employee who is approved by Australia Post as a student to undertake a course of study or a short course of instruction may be granted reimbursement in full or in part of fees incurred for the course.
