Office Space and Access. The College or department will provide a desk or work surface for an Employee as necessary for the fulfillment of the Employee’s work obligations. An Employee’s department or unit shall make arrangements for the Employee’s access to that space and to the building containing it. The Associate Xxxx or designee will determine the need for space and access in conformity with College resources. The College will continue to review space and access issues, and the feasibility of providing dedicated space to Employees, consistent with its determination of College needs.

If an Employee is required to hold office hours, suitable space will be provided to fulfill this requirement. An Employee’s department or unit shall make arrangements for the Employee’s access to their office and to the building containing that office. It is understood that the department chair or xxxx will determine office space and access in conformity with departmental resources. Each department or unit shall make available a convenient receptacle at a designated location for Employees to receive University business correspondence and U.S. Mail. Whenever practicable, at least one receptacle shall be available for every Employee. No more than five Employees shall be required to share a mail receptacle.
Office Space and Access. The Concession Companies shall allow the Strategic Partner to use office and premise space in each Assigned Airport as may be reasonably required by the Strategic Partner for the rendering of the Consultancy Services set forth in this Agreement. Likewise, each Concession Company shall grant the Strategic Partner and its employees and officers unlimited access to all areas of the Assigned Airports, provided that the Strategic Partner may only benefit from such access for the purpose of rendering the Consultancy Services under this Agreement. Such supplies and equipment shall be kept reasonably up to date and functional. Telephone access will be made available without charge for purposes directly related to the Employee’s employment obligations in conformity with departmental resources.‌ E. Grades‌ A current Employee who provided grading that resulted in 50% or more of a student’s final grade will be given a copy of the student’s final grade after it has been filed with the Department Chair. The grade may be provided by depositing the information, in a confidential manner, in a departmental mailbox to which the Employee has access. The Employee must keep the grade confidential in a manner that complies with the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, and may not share the grade with anyone other than the student except as authorized by appropriate University authority. In the event that a grade change is requested by the student, the department chair shall consult with the Employee before making any grade changes.

  • Records Maintenance and Access Grantee must maintain all financial records relating to this Grant in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. In addition, Grantee must maintain any other records, whether in paper, electronic or other form, pertinent to this Grant in such a manner as to clearly document Grantee’s performance. All financial records and other records, whether in paper, electronic or other form, that are pertinent to this Grant, are collectively referred to as “Records.” Grantee acknowledges and agrees Agency and the Oregon Secretary of State's Office and the federal government and their duly authorized representatives will have access to all Records to perform examinations and audits and make excerpts and transcripts. Grantee must retain and keep accessible all Records for a minimum of six (6) years, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law, following termination of this Grant, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy or litigation arising out of or related to this Grant, whichever date is later.

  • Office Space and Facilities The Adviser will arrange to furnish the Trust office space in the offices of the Adviser, or in such other place or places as may be agreed upon from time to time, and all necessary office facilities, simple business equipment, supplies, utilities and telephone service required for managing the investments of the Trust.

  • Inspection and Access Landlord and its agents, representatives, and contractors may enter the Premises at any reasonable time to inspect the Premises and to make such repairs as may be required or permitted pursuant to this Lease and for any other business purpose. Landlord and Landlord’s representatives may enter the Premises during business hours on not less than 48 hours advance written notice (except in the case of emergencies in which case no such notice shall be required and such entry may be at any time) for the purpose of effecting any such repairs, inspecting the Premises, showing the Premises to prospective purchasers and, during the last year of the Term, to prospective tenants or for any other business purpose. Landlord may erect a suitable sign on the Premises stating the Premises are available to let or that the Project is available for sale. Landlord may grant easements, make public dedications, designate Common Areas and create restrictions on or about the Premises, provided that no such easement, dedication, designation or restriction materially, adversely affects Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Premises for the Permitted Use. At Landlord’s request, Tenant shall execute such instruments as may be necessary for such easements, dedications or restrictions. Tenant shall at all times, except in the case of emergencies, have the right to escort Landlord or its agents, representatives, contractors or guests while the same are in the Premises, provided such escort does not materially and adversely affect Landlord’s access rights hereunder.

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.

  • Cooperation and Access The Cooperative Member agrees that it will cooperate in compliance with any reasonable requests for information and/or records made by the Cooperative. The Cooperative reserves the right to audit the relevant records of any Cooperative Member. Any breach of this provision shall be considered material and shall make the Agreement subject to termination on ten (10) days written notice to the Cooperative Member.

  • Space Bearing in mind the respective competences of the Community, its Member States and the European Space Agency the Parties shall promote, where appropriate, long term co-operation in the areas of civil space research, development and commercial applications.   • Records and Access The Advisor, in the conduct of its responsibilities to the Company, shall maintain adequate and separate books and records for the Company’s operations in accordance with GAAP, which shall be supported by sufficient documentation to ascertain that such books and records are properly and accurately recorded. Such books and records shall be the property of the Company and shall be available for inspection by the Board and by counsel, auditors and other authorized agents of the Company, at any time or from time to time during normal business hours. The Advisor shall at all reasonable times have access to the books and records of the Company and the Operating Partnership.
