  • Required Reporting Pursuant to RCW 67.28.1816(2)(c)(i): All recipients must submit a report to the COUNTY by December 15, 2020 describing the actual number of people traveling for business or pleasure on a trip during 2020:

  • Extended Reporting Period If any required insurance coverage is on a claims-made basis (rather than occurrence), Contractor shall maintain such coverage for a period of no less than three (3) years following expiration or termination of the Contract.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall furnish a report of all services provided under the Contract during each quarterly period, no later than the 15th of the month following the close of each quarter. Purchases by Non-State agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law shall be reported in the same report and indicated as required. A template for such report is included herein as Attachment 5 – Report of Contract Usage. The report must be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided. The report is to be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2007 or 2003 (or as otherwise directed by OGS), via electronic mail to the attention of the individual identified on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, the Award Number, Contract Number, sales period, and Contractor’s (or other authorized agent) name, and all other fields required, using the report template provided. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template. Additional related sales information and/or detailed Authorized User purchases may be required by OGS and must be supplied within 30 days upon request.

  • Positive Time Reporting Employees will accurately report time worked in accordance with a positive time reporting process as determined by each agency.

  • Cooperation in Loss Recovery Efforts In the event of any damages for which Bank or Customer may be liable to each other or to a third party pursuant to the services provided under this Agreement, Bank and Customer will undertake reasonable efforts to cooperate with each other, as permitted by applicable law, in performing loss recovery efforts and in connection with any actions that the relevant party may be obligated to defend or elects to pursue against a third party.
