On-Site Transportation Improvements. Subject to the limitations in Paragraph 4, SHS or SHS-Successo1rs41sh8all construct, or cause to be constructed, all on-site public and private roadways, roadway 1ex4t1e9nsions and improvements required for the Project. All such 1426 improvements will be1c4o2n0structed and maintained in accordance with SHA, Town or County codes and constructi1o4n21standards, as applicable, and as permitted by the Development Approvals. Any priv1at4e22streets or roads on the Property shall conform to the Town’s street lighting requirements a1p4p2l3icable to public roads in Town. All streets and roads, whether public or private, shall have s1i4g2n4s installed, at SHS’ or SHS-Successors’ expense, that conform to the Manual on Uniform14T2r5affic Control Devices (“MUTCD”) in effect at the time of installation.

On-Site Transportation Improvements. NAH shall be responsible for all transportation improvements within the Property as set forth in the TIA approved with conditions and as shown on the approved NAH Health Village Block Plat and Specific Plan including but not limited to curb, gutter, sidewalks, pedestrian ways, multi-modal paths, FUTS trails, bicycle ways, medians, and turn lanes. On-site improvements include all property frontage improvements along Xxxxxx Boulevard, Woody Mountain Boulevard, and Purple Sage Trail. All on-site transportation improvements shall be completed prior to the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy within the Project, unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. The following improvements are included in the on-site transportation improvements: • Signalized intersection for Xxxxxx Blvd and Woody Mountain Rd • Stop-Controlled intersection for Xxxxxx Blvd and Main Entrance of the Hospital and ACC to include underground utilities for a future signal and to be constructed with correct approach grades and signal ramp slopes • Re-alignment of Purple Sage Rd • Signalized intersection at Xxxxxx Blvd and the re-aligned Purple Sage Rd to include construction at the correct grades for a future underpass at I-17 and designed in accordance with the City Engineering Standards (including any approved variances) which do not permit the use of a pump on public stormwater infrastructure • Improvements to the intersection of Xxxxxx Blvd and Infantry Rd (current Purple Sage Rd) to include underground utilities for a future signal and to be constructed with correct approach grades and signal ramp slopes • Improvements to the Cosmic Ray Tunnel on Sheep Crossing Trail to accommodate the widening of Xxxxxx Blvd • Internal intersection improvements as determined by the TIA

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.

  • Site Improvements The City may require a Developer to undertake site improvements upon completion of construction. Site improvements include, but are not limited to, seeding or sodding of front yards, and 4' chain-link fencing. Said site improvements must be undertaken when seasonally appropriate. The City reserves the right to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • Public Improvements To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no written or proposed plans to widen, modify, or realign any street or highway or any existing or proposed eminent domain proceedings which would affect the Property in any way whatsoever. To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no presently planned public improvements which would result in the creation of a special improvement or similar lien upon the Property.

  • ALTERATIONS & IMPROVEMENTS Tenant shall not make any alterations, additions or improvements or do any type of construction to the Property without first obtaining Landlord's written consent. Unless prior written agreement is reached between Tenant and Landlord, any such alterations, additions, improvements or construction shall become part of the Property and shall remain at the expiration of Tenant's Lease term. If Landlord approves of alterations, additions, improvements or construction in writing and Tenant intends to use contractors to undertake such work, the contractors must first be approved in writing by Landlord. Tenant must also place any funds to cover the amount of any alterations, additions, improvements or construction in an escrow account approved by Landlord before the commencement of the work. Landlord shall designate the times and manner of the work being done, exclusively.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.
