Common use of One-time Vacation Leave Credit Clause in Contracts

One-time Vacation Leave Credit. After the completion of one (1) year’s continuous employment with either the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission or the Federal Public Service or its agencies, employees shall be credited with a one-time entitlement of thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hours of vacation leave with pay.
