One Year Limited Warranty. Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, the structure of your Trailer is warranted to the original retail purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship from normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The structure is that portion of the trailer, which includes the main frame, consisting of the bottom rails, cross members, side posts and exterior walls, and the sub-frame, excluding the floorboards and running gear. Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, all other components (electrical, lights, and couplers) of your trailer are warranted to the original retail purchaser against any defect in the materials and workmanship arising from normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
One Year Limited Warranty. If, and only if, Buyer, in connection with goods purchased from Seller, also contracts with Seller to install such goods, Seller hereby warrants to Buyer that the goods will be free from defects or failure caused by improper installation for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. If the Seller determines that the defect or failure is attributable to Seller’s improper installation, Seller will, at its option, (1) repair the defective goods; (2) replace the defective goods; or (3) refund the purchase price.
One Year Limited Warranty. The Forest River, Inc. (“Forest River”) Limited Warranty covers this truck camper (“RV”) for a period of one
One Year Limited Warranty. KRAMBU warrants that the Hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The Warranty covers damage to the Hardware during shipping as described above. The limited Warranty Period is one year beginning on the Delivery Date..
One Year Limited Warranty. The Forest River, Inc. (“Forest River”) Limited Warranty covers this recreational vehicle (“RV”) for a period of one (1) year or twelve thousand (12,000) miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of purchase of the RV by the first retail purchaser when purchased from an independently owned and authorized Forest River dealer. This Limited Warranty only applies to the first retail purchaser of the RV. This Limited Warranty does not cover those items identified in the “Exclusions From Coverage” section of this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty covers the RV against Substantial Defects in material and workmanship attributable to Forest River’s manufacture and assembly of the RV. Substantial Defects are those defects which prevent the RV from performing its intended use for short term recreational camping.
One Year Limited Warranty. The Contractor warrants to the Department that materials and equipment furnished under the Contract Documents will be of good quality and new unless otherwise required or permitted by the Contract Documents, that for the one (1) year period following the Substantial Completion Date the construction work will be free from defects not inherent in the quality required or permitted, and that the Work will conform to the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Contractor’s warranty excludes remedy for damage or defect caused by abuse, modifications not executed by the Contractor, improper or insufficient maintenance, improper operation, or normal wear and tear and normal usage. The Contractor and a representative of the Department shall walk the Project together eleven (11) months after the Substantial Completion Date to identify any necessary warranty work. In the event the Contractor fails to schedule such a walk, the Warranty period shall be extended until such time as the Contractor schedules such a walk.
One Year Limited Warranty. The Clover Equipment is warranted against material defects for a one year period after the original date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage to the Clover Equipment resulting from accident or misuse or any other breach of this Clover Equipment Purchase Agreement. If any Clover Equipment should otherwise become defective within the warranty period, BAMS will replace it free of charge (except that appropriate shipping charges may apply). This warranty does not apply to any Clover Equipment that has become obsolete. Notwithstanding this limited warranty, it may be necessary for CUSTOMER to upgrade CUSTOMER’s Clover Equipment or to purchase new Clover Equipment from time to time, for which CUSTOMER will be charged. One Year Limited Warranty. Except for the greater warranty periods listed below, the warranty term to the Original Purchaser-User for the products listed above shall be one (1) year from the date of original installation.
One Year Limited Warranty spinTouch warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, spinTouch will either: (1) Repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. One Year Limited Warranty. Builder warrants to Owner that the Home will be free from defects in materials and workmanship resulting in material noncompliance with Builder’s Warranty Process and Performance Standards (“Standards”) as of the date of this Limited Warranty (the “One Year Limited Warranty”). The Standards can be found on Builder’s website, xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx. The Standards are deemed to be incorporated herein as an Addendum to this Limited Warranty.
