One Year Limited Warranty. Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, the structure of your Trailer is warranted to the original retail purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship from normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The structure is that portion of the trailer, which includes the main frame, consisting of the bottom rails, cross members, side posts and exterior walls, and the sub-frame, excluding the floorboards and running gear. Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, all other components (electrical, lights, and couplers) of your trailer are warranted to the original retail purchaser against any defect in the materials and workmanship arising from normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

One Year Limited Warranty. The Contractor warrants to the Department that materials and equipment furnished under the Contract Documents will be of good quality and new unless otherwise required or permitted by the Contract Documents, that for the one (1) year period following the Substantial Completion Date the construction work will be free from defects not inherent in the quality required or permitted, and that the Work will conform to the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Contractor’s warranty excludes remedy for damage or defect caused by abuse, modifications not executed by the Contractor, improper or insufficient maintenance, improper operation, or normal wear and tear and normal usage. The Contractor and a representative of the Department shall walk the Project together eleven (11) months after the Substantial Completion Date to identify any necessary warranty work. In the event the Contractor fails to schedule such a walk, the Warranty period shall be extended until such time as the Contractor schedules such a walk.
One Year Limited Warranty. If, and only if, Buyer, in connection with goods purchased from Seller, also contracts with Seller to install such goods, Seller hereby warrants to Buyer that the goods will be free from defects or failure caused by improper installation for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. If the Seller determines that the defect or failure is attributable to Seller’s improper installation, Seller will, at its option, (1) repair the defective goods; (2) replace the defective goods; or (3) refund the purchase price.
One Year Limited Warranty. Builder warrants to Owner that the Home will be free from defects in materials and workmanship resulting in material noncompliance with Builder’s Warranty Process and Performance Standards (“Standards”) as of the date of this Limited Warranty (the “One Year Limited Warranty”). The Standards can be found on Builder’s website, xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx. The Standards are deemed to be incorporated herein as an Addendum to this Limited Warranty. BUILDER SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND HABITABILITY.
One Year Limited Warranty. At the time of the transfer of the Residence to Purchaser, Builder shall provide a limited warranty to Purchaser which shall cover a period of twelve months and cover any defects in workmanship. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser shall be responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the Residence, and Purchaser acknowledges that Purchaser’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities may reduce or eliminate Builder’s obligation under the One Year Limited Warranty.
One Year Limited Warranty spinTouch warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”).
