Warranty Term. The Warranty Term shall commence upon Substantial Completion and remain in effect until one year after Final Acceptance. Subject to extension under Section 11.2, the Warranties regarding all elements of the Project that will be owned by TxDOT shall remain in effect until one year after Final Acceptance. The Warranty Term for elements of the Project that will be owned by Persons other than TxDOT (such as Utility Owners) shall commence as of the date of acceptance thereof by such Persons and shall end one year thereafter. If TxDOT determines that any of the Work has not met the standards set forth in this Section 11.1 at any time within the applicable Warranty Term, then DB Contractor shall correct such Work as specified in this Section 11, even if the performance of such corrective Work extends beyond the applicable Warranty Term. TxDOT and DB Contractor shall conduct a walkthrough of the Site prior to expiration of the applicable Warranty Term and shall produce a punch list of those items requiring corrective Work.

Warranty Term. 3.8.1.1.1 Subject to extension under Section 3.8.2 for re-done Work, the Warranty Term for the General Warranty shall commence upon Substantial Completion and remain in effect until one year after Final Acceptance. The Warranty Term for elements of the Project that will be owned by Persons other than TxDOT (such as Utility Owners) shall commence as of the date of acceptance thereof by such Persons and shall end one year thereafter. If TxDOT determines that any of the Work has not met the standards for the General Warranty set forth in this Section 3.8.1 at any time within the applicable Warranty Term, then DB Contractor shall correct such Work as specified in this Section 3.8, even if the performance of such corrective Work extends beyond the applicable Warranty Term. TxDOT and DB Contractor shall conduct a walk-through of the Site prior to expiration of the applicable Warranty Term and shall produce a punch list of those items requiring corrective Work.
3.8.1.1.2 Subject to extension under Section 3.8.2 for re-done Work, the Warranty Term for the Performance Warranty shall commence upon Substantial Completion and remain in effect until five years after Final Acceptance. If TxDOT determines that any of the Work has not met the standards for the Performance Warranty set forth in this Section 3.8.1 at any time within the applicable Warranty Term, then DB Contractor shall correct such Work as specified in this Section 3.8, even if the performance of such corrective Work extends beyond the applicable Warranty Term. TxDOT and DB Contractor shall conduct warranty inspections and prepare a punch list as described in Design-Build Specifications Section 32.10.5.
Warranty Term. 11.1.2.1. The Warranty Term shall commence upon
11.1.2.2. Subject to extension under Section 11.2, the Warranties regarding all elements of the Project that will be owned by TxDOT, other than the performance Warranty set forth in clause (e) of Section 11.1.1, shall remain in effect until one year after Final Acceptance.
11.1.2.3. Subject to extension under Section 11.2, the Warranties regarding elements of the Project that will be owned by Persons other than TxDOT (such as Utility Owners), other than the performance Warranty set forth in clause (e) of Section 11.1.1, shall commence as of the date of acceptance thereof by such Persons and shall remain in effect until one year thereafter.
11.1.2.4. Subject to extension under Section 11.2, the performance Warranty set forth in clause (e) of Section 11.1.1 shall remain in effect from Substantial Completion for the period set forth in the Warranty Performance and Measurement Table Baseline provided in Exhibit 20.
Warranty Term. 3.1 The warranty shall begin to take effect either (i) on the date of installation or (ii) twelve (12) months from the date of manufacture, whichever occurs first, and such warranty shall be valid for a period of ten (10) years.
Warranty Term. The term of the Limited Warranty in Section 12(b) shall be as follows:
(i) For the System and Software (excluding Redistributable Code), one (1) year from Customer’s acceptance of the System in accordance with Section 6.
(ii) For upgrades to the System and/or Software, ninety (90) days after the installation of such upgrade(s).
(iii) For other Products, the shorter of: (a) one (1) year from Customer’s acceptance of such Products in accordance with Section 6; and (b) the shelf-life expiration dates listed on the applicable packaging (if any).
Warranty Term. This warranty from JOC shall run runs for one (1) year from the date of Final Acceptance of the Work on an issued Job Order. If City takes possession of any part of the Work before Final Acceptance of the whole of the Work, the warranty for the part taken prior to Final Acceptance of the whole shall run from the date of possession of the Work taken.
Warranty Term. With respect to a Product, the duration of Limited Warranty is set forth in Section 9.1 and shall survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.
Warranty Term. (a) The Customer’s warranty period (“Warranty Period”) for the Covered Product commences upon commissioning or installation date from an Authorized Dealer (as evidenced by registration/commissioning of the unit in the sonnen database).
(b) The Warranty Period for the Limited Product Warranty (Section 3) for US eco 2.0, installed by a sonnen Authorized Contractor using LFP1 battery modules, installed after July 31, 2015 terminates upon the earlier of (i) 10,000 battery cycles or (ii)120 months after installation of the Covered Product by an Authorized installer. If original replacement parts are no longer available in the marketplace at the time of the repair, sonnen may replace it with a similar product that has the same or better functions and performance.
(c) The Warranty Period for the Limited Product Warranty (Section 3) for US pro 1.0 (or higher), installed by a sonnen Authorized Installer after January 1, 2016, terminates upon the earlier of (i) 10,000 battery cycles or (ii) 120 months after installation of the Covered Product by an Authorized Installer. If original replacement parts are no longer available in the marketplace at the time of the repair, sonnen may replace it with a similar product that has the same or better functions and performance.
(d) The Warranty Period for the Limited Product Warranty (Section 3) for US eco Gen 3.0, installed by a sonnen Authorized Installer, using LFP2 battery modules, installed after July 1, 2018 terminates upon the earlier of (i) 10,000 battery cycles or (ii) 120 months after installation of the Covered Product by an Authorized Installer. If original replacement parts are no longer available in the marketplace at the time of the repair, sonnen may replace it with a similar product that has the same or better functions and performance.
(e) The Warranty Period for the Limited Product Warranty (Section 3) for US sonnenCore, installed by a sonnen Authorized Installer, using SCOREBATT (LFP4 or LFP5) battery modules, installed after April 1, 2020 terminates upon the earlier of (i) 10,000 battery cycles or
Warranty Term. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the warranties set forth in Sections 11.1 to 11.4 will survive for a period of twelve months (12) months from the date of acceptance of the Product by Customer (the “Warranty Term”). Products repaired or replaced within the Warranty Term (including Service Parts provided as part of warranty service) are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Term of said Products, or twelve (12) months following the delivery date of such repaired or replaced Product to Customer, whichever is longer.
