Online Terms. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use our services. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Online Terms. WK may post duplicative and/or additional relevant terms, conditions and/or polices (“Online Terms”) at the online location where Authorized Users access TeamMate product(s). Authorized Users will be subject to such Online Terms from and after the date on which such Online Terms are first posted; provided, however, that to the extent that there is a conflict between this Agreement and any Online Terms, the terms of this Agreement will govern.

Online Terms. Prior to receiving access to the Services, each User shall be presented with an end user license agreement (“XXXX”), which shall provide notification of the User of the existence of this Agreement, including potential restrictions of use, as well as a notification statement from Hearsay that all activities performed using the Services may be monitored, recorded, processed and analyzed by Hearsay. If Customer directs Hearsay to refrain from presenting the XXXX to Customer’s Users, then Customer shall be solely responsible for providing proper notification to its Users.
Online Terms. Your use of the Service for Telemedicine Medical Services is subject to any additional terms, instructions, Documentation or other conditions that are presented to You as you use the Service, including any notifications, click-through language or other requirements that may be presented to You from time to time. Your continued use of the Services for Telemedicine Medical Services constitutes your acceptance of such online terms.
