Operational Acceptance. 24.2.1 Subject to GCC Clause 24.3 (Partial Acceptance) below, Operational Acceptance shall occur within seven (7) days in respect of the System, when
(a) the Operational Acceptance Tests, as specified in the Technical Requirements, and/or SCC and/or the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan or
(b) the Purchaser has put the System into production or use for sixty (60) consecutive days. If the System is put into production or use in this manner, the Supplier shall notify the Purchaser and document such use.
Operational Acceptance. Central Xxxxxx shall notify Con Edison upon completion of the construction of the Second Tie. Central Xxxxxx shall inspect and accept the Second Tie up to and including circuit breaker B9756 to confirm its compliance with the requirements of Section 3.0l (a) and its fitness for commercial operation. Con Edison shall test and accept the disconnect switch to be located in its substation and its associated indication and operational controls to confirm their compliance with the requirements of Section 3.0l (a) and their fitness for commercial operation. Central Xxxxxx and Con Edison will both test the relay protection equipment that operates circuit breaker B9756. Promptly after those matters have been confirmed to Con Edison's reasonable satisfaction, Con Edison shall provide written notification to Central Xxxxxx that the Second Tie is acceptable.
Operational Acceptance. Acceptance regarding the capability of the software to run on the system defined in the contract.
Operational Acceptance. The Payment Settlement File allows for verification of accounting controls in FLAIR before payment is made to the Contractor.

City’s acceptance of Project shall occur upon Subdivider’s receipt of a letter of acceptance from City after Subdivider complies with the Punch List and passes Final Inspection (as defined in Section 15.4) confirming that Project is substantially complete and operational [Operational Acceptance].

(c) the Operational Acceptance Tests have not been successfully completed or have not been carried out for reasons that are attributable to the Purchaser within the period from the date of Installation or any other agreed-upon period as specified in GCC Clause 27.2.2 above; or
(d) the Purchaser has put the System into production or use for sixty (60) consecutive days. If the System is put into production or use in this manner, the Supplier shall notify the Purchaser and document such use.

Operational Acceptance. (a) Operational Acceptance shall occur in respect of the New Facility when the Tests on Commissioning have been successfully completed.
(b) At any time after the successful completion of the Tests on Commissioning, the Operator may give a notice to the Design-Build Engineer requesting the issue of an Operational Acceptance Certificate in respect of the New Facility.
(c) The Design-Build Engineer shall, after consultation with the Owner, and no later than 7 days after receipt of the Operator’s notice, issue an Operational Acceptance Certificate.
(d) If within 7 days after receipt of the Operator’s notice, the Design-Build Engineer fails to issue the Operational Acceptance Certificate or fails to inform the Operator in writing of the justifiable reasons why the Design-Build Engineer has not issued the Operational Acceptance Certificate, the New Facility shall be deemed to have been accepted as of the date of the Operator’s said notice.
Operational Acceptance. 26.3.1 Subject to GC Sub-clause 26.4 below, Operational Acceptance shall occur in respect of the Facilities or any part thereof when
(a) the Guarantee Test has been successfully completed and the Functional Guarantees are met; or
(b) the Guarantee Test has not been successfully completed or has not been carried out for reasons not attributable to the Contractor within the period from the date of Completion specified in the PC pursuant to GC Sub-Clause 26.2.2 above or any other period agreed upon by the Employer and the Contractor; or
(c) the Contractor has paid the liquidated damages specified in GC Sub-Clause 29.3 hereof; and
(d) any minor items mentioned in GC Sub-Clause 25.7 hereof relevant to the Facilities or that part thereof have been completed.
26.3.2 At any time after any of the events set out in GC Sub-Clause 26.
3.1 have occurred, the contractor may give a notice to the Project Manager requesting the issue of an Operational Acceptance Certificate in the form provided in the Employer’s Requirements (Forms and Procedures) in respect of the Facilities or the part thereof specified in such notice as of the date of such notice.
26.3.3 The Project Manager shall, after consultation with the Employer, and within seven (7) days after receipt of the Contractor’s notice, issue an Operational Acceptance Certificate.
26.3.4 If within seven (7) days after receipt of the Contractor’s notice, the Project Manager fails to issue the Operational Acceptance Certificate or fails to inform the Contractor in writing of the justifiable reasons why the Project Manager has not issued the Operational Acceptance Certificate, the Facilities or the relevant part thereof shall be deemed to have been accepted as of the date of the Contractor’s said notice.
