Rates and Charges 6.3.1 Wholesale discounts for resold Telecommunications Services offerings are provided in Exhibit A. The Telecommunications Services offerings available for resale but excluded from the wholesale pricing arrangement in the Agreement are available at the retail Tariff, price list, catalog, or other retail Telecommunications Services offering rates. Telecommunications Services available for resale with or without a wholesale discount are subject to Commission-approved change, and any such changes shall apply from the effective date of such change on a going-forward basis only.
Changes to tariffs and charges (a) If we vary our standing offer prices, we will publish the variation in a newspaper and on our website at least 10 business days before it starts. We will also include details with your next bill if the variation affects you.
Operation and Maintenance Manuals Receipts for transmittal of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Brochures and Data to the Design Professional (or Commissioning Agent) as required by Section 6.1.1.5.
Operating and Maintenance Expenses Subject to the provisions herein addressing the use of facilities by others, and except for operations and maintenance expenses associated with modifications made for providing interconnection or transmission service to a third party and such third party pays for such expenses, the Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses including overheads, associated with: (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities; and (2) operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities.
Costs and Charges 8.19.1 To protect the Landlord from loss arising from a claim that may be brought against the Tenant as a consequence of a breach by the Tenant of any covenant contained in this Agreement. Such loss shall be deemed to include any charges which the Landlord may reasonably incur in connection with proceedings in a court of law against the Tenant but without prejudice to a Tenant’s right to have such costs assessed by the relevant court.
Operating and Maintenance Manuals 58.1 If “as built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals are required, the Contractor shall supply them by the dates stated in the Contract Data.
Operational Costs All costs related to the operation of the ISG, except those described in Article 4, shall be supported by the ISG Members in accordance with Articles 3.1., 3.2 and 3.3.

Operating and Maintenance Costs The Participating Generator shall be responsible for all its costs incurred in connection with operating and maintaining the Generating Units identified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of meeting its obligations under this Agreement.
CAISO Charges (a) Seller shall assume all liability and reimburse Buyer for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Buyer because of Seller’s failure to perform any covenant or obligation set forth in this Agreement. Buyer shall assume all liability and reimburse Seller for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Seller as a result of Buyer’s actions, including those resulting in a Buyer Curtailment Period.
