Common use of Oregon Sick Leave Law Clause in Contracts

Oregon Sick Leave Law. Up to forty (40) hours (or 48 hours for 12- 23 hour nurses) of ETO benefits accrued each calendar year will be used 24 for absences covered by the Oregon Sick Leave Law, including 25 reasons covered by the Oregon Family Medical Leave Act (OFLA), 26 Oregon’s domestic violence and stalking law, and in the event of a 27 public health emergency.
