OT S&N Safety Engineering Services. Hazard Analysis, Risk Identification, Design of Safety Instrumented Systems Including Deployment and Life-Cycle Support: Provide services in connection with: (A) participating in teams tasked with the performance of hazardous operations analysis (HAZOP), process hazard analysis (PHA) and layers of protection analysis (LOPA) and generate guidance for the determination of appropriate automation-based mitigating remedies; (B) providing technical knowledge with respect to required safety automation codes and regulations applicable to manufacturing facilities and guide Recipient to achieve compliance, (C) preparing and managing organizational know-how documentation (standards and best engineering practices) on the design, implementation, testing and validation of all life-cycle activities associated with safety automation systems, (D) allocating appropriate safety layers for process risks identified in hazard analysis, through the definition of Instrumented Protective Functions (IPF) and Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF), (E) performing engineering calculations for the determination of Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) and analysis of optimal risk-reduction alternatives, (F) documenting the capture all required specifications of the safety layers of the automation systems: functional logic, reliability of devices, SIL calculations, testing procedures, protocols for installation, commissioning and validation, (G) providing technical expertise on scoping and estimation of safety automated systems to capital projects throughout all their development phases, (H) developing applications (programming) of safety-related logic, design and implement integration with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), provide commissioning services and lead testing and validation activities for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), (I) delivering conceptual and detailed design of SIS fully compliant with IEC 61508 and 61511 standards (ANSI/ISA 84), including field instruments, actuators, logic solvers and interfaces to other systems, and (J) training activities to Recipient in connection with each of the aforementioned services.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Systems Engineering 2. Advanced Technology Pilots and Trials 3. Alternative Energy Sources and Engineering 4. Configuration Management 5. Concept Development

  • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection. When requested by Company, and subject to appropriate fee and cost adjustments, Jabil will provide Additional Services for existing or future Product manufactured by Jabil. Company shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Specifications [***].

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Laboratory Services Covered Services include prescribed diagnostic clinical and anatomic pathological laboratory services and materials when authorized by a Member's PCP and HPN’s Managed Care Program.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.

  • Ordering Services a) By submitting an Order to Megaport: 1. Customer warrants that the information Customer provides to Megaport in an Order is true and correct and that Megaport may rely upon it; and 2. Customer is making a binding offer to acquire the Services described in the Order on the terms set out in this Agreement, which Megaport may accept at its discretion. An agreement to supply a Service is formed on the date Megaport provisions that Service and charges apply from the Billing Commencement Date.
