Other/Monitoring. The Parties agree that any monitoring of Restoration Project actions, other than the monitoring described in Sections 7.1 and 7.3 which may be required pursuant to the license for FERC Project No. 1121 will be done by PG&E at its sole cost.
Other/Monitoring. During the Project's construction phase, EPC contractors will monitor air quality, river water quality, noise, waste products and complaints. After the commencement of the service of the facilities, work will be conducted at the Navoi Thermal Power Station to monitor air quality, gas emissions, wastewater and river water quality, noise, waste products and complaints. The Executing Agency will coordinate with the Land Acquisition and Resettlement Committee established by the local government and with resident relocation consultants, and will monitor the progress of residents’ relocation and their lives after the move.
Other/Monitoring. During construction and after the facility has been put into service, MR will monitor air pollution, water quality, noise, and so on.
Other/Monitoring. During the Project's construction phase, the contractors will monitor air quality, water quality, noise, waste products, and other matters. After the commencement of the service of the facility, work will be conducted by the Navoi Thermal Power Plant to monitor air quality, water quality, noise, waste products, and other matters. The Executing Agency will monitor the acquisition of the land and residents' livelihood after the relocation in cooperation with the consultants on the land acquisition and resident relocation and special committee to be established under the local government.
Other/Monitoring. During the construction and operational phases, ICE will monitor the air quality, noise, water quality, waste management, and any impacts on animals and plants. Though the land adjoining the project site is owned by a non-governmental organization (NGO) engaged in environmental protection, no objection has been raised against this Project.
Other/Monitoring. During the construction period of the Project, contractors will be in charge of monitoring air quality, noise pollution, waste management, and the like. After the Bortnychi Sewage Treatment Plant starts operation, the KVK will take responsibility for monitoring air and water quality, waste management, unpleasant odors, and so on.
Other/Monitoring. During the construction period, the contractor and the RTDA will monitor the quality of air and water and the level of noise. After the commencement of services, the RTDA and the contract maintenance company will monitor the quality of air and the level of noise. Moreover, the RTDA and other relevant organizations will monitor the resettlement process and its impact on the livelihood of local people before, during, and after the construction period.
Other/Monitoring. During the construction works and after the facilities enter service, CI Energies and the construction companies will monitor air quality, water quality, waste, soil pollution, noise, vibrations, etc. based on an environmental management plan, and a steering committee organized by CI Energies will monitor land acquisition and resident relocation.
Other/Monitoring. In the Project, the executing agency and contractors will monitor air quality, noise and waste during construction as well as the impact of sludge treatment after the start of service.
Other/Monitoring. In the Project, the executing agency will individually categorize sub-projects in accordance with the legal system of Tanzania and JICA’s Guidelines for Environmental and Social Considerations. They will then take the required measures for the respective categories. Note that there will be no sub-projects classified as Category A.
