A full-time employee shall mean an employee covered by this agreement who is committed to and regularly and recurringly works the full work period of (75) hours, exclusive of overtime. A part-time employee is one who is committed to and regularly works less than the full prescribed hours of work.
Ottawa. No practices or customs shall become binding upon the employer unless reduced to writing and agreed to by the Association and the employer. Where a Board of Arbitration determines that a nurse has been disciplined without just cause, the Board may vary or set aside the penalty for the discipline as the Board deems reasonable.
