Paid Holidays. Notwithstanding the above provisions, a full-time employee may notify supervisor that desires to accumulate up to four (4) paid holiday, lieu days, in order to use them as vacation. Such time to be used as a block, unless it is not feasible then other arrangements can be made. Such time may not be taken during prime time (June to September 15) or during Christmas scheduling (December to January 15) and this time shall not be carried over from one (1) year to the next, calendar year). The employee must give thirty (30) days notice to the supervisor in writing of the desire to use this option. All such vacation time will be taken at a agreeable date chosen between employee and supervisor.
