Out of District Assignments. Employees will not be assigned duties at any location out of the College district without their consent and Internal Revenue Service mileage reimbursement. Employees assigned to Huron Shores campus will not be assigned duties off campus without their consent and mileage reimbursement based on the I.R.S. mileage rate.

Out of District Assignments. Pupil Personnel Psychologists a. When an out of district evaluation is necessary, the Director of Pupil Personnel Services will post these assignments consistent with the procedures listed in Section K of this Article. b. Psychologists may then volunteer to be assigned to these out of district evaluations as part of their regular caseload. If there is more than one volunteer, the most senior Psychologist will be assigned. c. Thereafter, the least senior Psychologist will be assigned to the out of district evaluations. d. For each out of district evaluation assigned to a Psychologist, he/she will be relieved of one (1) regularly-assigned referral.
Out of District Assignments. 20 30.1 Members who are on out of district wildland assignments will be compensated portal to 21 portal at overtime rate, excluding their normally scheduled work hours, scheduled trade days, sick 22 leave, administrative leave, and/or worker’s compensation leave. 23 30.2 When Members respond to an initial attack/immediate need incident within Northern 24 Nevada Region I during their normal work hours and the assignment extends beyond their 25 normally scheduled work hours they will be offered relief replacement at the end of their scheduled 26 shift but can choose to stay on the assignment and be rotated on the wildland overtime list. If no 27 replacement is available the member will be mandatorily held and replaced as soon as possible and 28 not be rotated on the wildland overtime list.
Out of District Assignments. From time to time the District may need to send a student to another district or school outside of the GAPS District. The District may also need, for whatever reason, to send an assistant with the student. When this is the case the following shall apply. a. The Assistant will remain a GAPS employee. b. The Assistant will be covered continuously by the GA-ACE negotiated contract. c. Although the Assistant may need to follow the calendar of the other district or school, it will be guaranteed that the Assistant’s calendar will be no fewer working days than those s/he would receive with GAPS. If there is a schedule that causes the assistant not to have work in the other District, then the assistant may either take an unpaid day or be assigned work in the GAPS District. The assistant will not be assigned more days than in the GAPS calendar. d. Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate will be paid to drive to and from the new work site. This reimbursement shall be for actual miles driven. e. The Assistant will receive his/her hourly rate for the actual drive time. f. Evaluations will be by a GAPS Supervisor. If this Supervisor uses input from the on site supervisor s/he will follow the proper procedure outlined in the contract. (Article 15 Evaluations)

  • Shift Assignments When an opening occurs in a shift assignment in an appropriate work group at a location, preference shall be given to employees within the classification who possess the training, ability and any required special qualifications to perform the work required, on the basis of seniority. In the event that no employee desires a shift assignment, employees shall be selected in order of inverse seniority. This provision shall not apply to necessary training assignments. This provision shall not in itself alter the practice of rotating shifts where such practice presently exists. No employee who has a regular shift assignment on the effective date of the Agreement shall be involuntarily displaced from such shift assignment as a result of this Article.

  • Shift Assignment Should the University elect to establish a shift on any other schedule than the regular day shift (Monday through Friday) or to assign employees to work on any such shift, the employee(s) with the most seniority in the classification affected or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the classification elect to move to such shift, then the employee(s) with the least seniority in the classification shall be assigned to such shift. If positions or shifts are reduced or eliminated or movement of personnel to other shifts is required, then the seniority of the affected employee will prevail in the selection of shift, provided the affected employee can do the required work. Such shift preference is only applicable within the employee's classification.
