Out of Title Work. In accordance with the rules and regulations set forth in the Administrative Manual, except as modified herein, whenever an employee is assigned to perform the duties and responsibilities of a higher classification, he shall be paid the higher rate for such services from the first working day.

Out of Title Work. Time spent performing such duties and responsibilities shall accrue in one (1) month intervals, and shall be applied to future promotions of such employee to a permanent position in the same job for purposes of step or experience level compensation.
