Outside Funding. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY may seek outside funding sources for services that would supplement existing HHW services such as permanent collection sites, equipment, retail take-back collection and operational funding. If outside funding is obtained, the CoHHW Program will, at COUNTY’s discretion, proceed with development of additional programs using that outside funding without drawing on CITY’s funding provided under this Agreement. / /

Outside Funding. The Charter School may accept gifts, donations or grants pursuant to Section 27A-11(d) of the Charter Schools Law, provided that no such gifts, grants or donations may be accepted if contrary to applicable law or to the terms of this Agreement. In the event that the Charter School solicits funding from sources other than those set forth in this Section 6, it shall comply with all applicable State or Federal laws regarding the reporting of charitable solicitations.
Outside Funding. The Board may accept gifts, donations or grants of any kind made to the Charter School and expend or use such gifts, donations, or grants in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the donor. Management and accounting of these funds is the sole responsibility of Community Roots, and will be in accordance with applicable laws and subject to an annual audit.

Outside Funding. For the purposes of improving and enhancing public recreation, FS shall within two years following signature of this Settlement, request the California Department of Boating and Waterways for matching funding for river access facilities proposed pursuant to Section VI of Appendix A of this Settlement. All Parties to this Settlement shall support and actively work to seek the California Boating and Waterways approval of the request.
Outside Funding. Sabbatical leave salary from the college may be negotiated if outside funding plus sabbatical leave pay from the college exceed 115% of the recipient's full-time contractual salary for the period of the leave. In all cases remuneration will be in compliance with RCW 28B.10.650.
