Outside Regular Hours. Any services performed outside of regular work hours will need to be approved by the Contract Manager and will be paid at the hourly rate stated in Exhibit CPricing Sheet. HHSC reserves the right to declare any necessary work to be an emergency. Services performed by the Contractor outside of the regular service hours, without prior approval, will be at Contractor’s own risk and not considered or approved for payment at other than the established regular hours service rate. Unless otherwise requested by HHSC, Contractor shall respond to a request for emergency services within one (1) hour of notification and continue work until the services requested are complete to the satisfaction of HHSC.

  • Regular Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except for interruptions for lunch periods.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Regular Employees Service credit shall be the period of employment with the Company and any service restored as per Part A, Item 5.3.
