Outside Regular Hours. Any services performed outside of regular work hours will need to be approved by the Contract Manager and will be paid at the hourly rate stated in Exhibit C – Pricing Sheet. HHSC reserves the right to declare any necessary work to be an emergency. Services performed by the Contractor outside of the regular service hours, without prior approval, will be at Contractor’s own risk and not considered or approved for payment at other than the established regular hours service rate. Unless otherwise requested by HHSC, Contractor shall respond to a request for emergency services within one (1) hour of notification and continue work until the services requested are complete to the satisfaction of HHSC.
