Outside Shift Hours. Hours worked outside an employee's regular shift shall be paid at a rate equal to one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employees regular rate of pay.

Outside Shift Hours. Hours worked outside an employee's regular shift shall be paid at a rate equal compensated pursuant to one section 8.9 (second and one-half third shift premium) of this Agreement when mutually agreed to. If an employee works outside of their regular shift, he/she shall receive an additional One Dollar (1-1/2$1.00) times the employees per hour in addition to his/her regular straight time hourly rate of pay. Employees will not be required to work outside their shift.
