Overtime Cap. Total overtime hours will be capped at one-thousand (1,000) hours per member per year (October 1st through September 30th). Exceptions to the overtime cap will be allowed if there are no other eligible employees below the overtime cap and all other eligible employees have met their minimum overtime requirement as noted in 10.8. Overtime due to State of Oregon Conflagration activations or State of Oregon Incident Management Team (IMT) activations will be recorded as one 24-hour shift towards the overtime cap regardless of the actual overtime hours earned.
