Common use of Overtime Cap Clause in Contracts

Overtime Cap. a. These overtime provisions, including recall and standby provisions, shall apply to all covered employees including those working more than half-time, and with permanent, provisional or temporary status, whose annual gross salary including overtime, all differentials and premium pay is not in excess of the amount set forth in subsections 7(d) and 7(e) for eligibility for cash compensated overtime (the “cap”).
