Common use of Overtime Procedure Clause in Contracts

Overtime Procedure. An overtime list of general classification by seniority will be maintained and each employee will be asked to work their turn on a rotation basis for scheduled overtime. If an employee does not work overtime when requested, their name will be bypassed and that turn marked against them and then they must wait until their name is eligible for the next scheduled overtime.
