Overtime Procedure. Employees will be offered overtime opportunities on a ro- tational/seniority basis. In order of classification/seniority provided he/she is present in the plant at the time overtime is offered. However, the company will make an attempt to contact an otherwise eligible employee by telephone. All attempts will be made to equalize the over-time.
