Overtime Overtime will begin to accrue after sixty (60) hours in a two (2) week period averaged over the scheduling period determined by the local parties. Overtime will apply if the employee works in excess of the normal daily hours. Payment for overtime is as in Article 16.01.
Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.
Training Courses 16.3.1 Training courses will be as described in the Seller’s customer services catalog (the “Seller’s Customer Services Catalog”). The Seller’s Customer Services Catalog also sets forth the minimum and maximum number of trainees per course. All training requests or training course changes made outside of the scope of the Training Conference will be submitted by the Buyer with a minimum of ***** prior notice.
Overtime Work A. Overtime pay is to be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the basic hourly straight-time rate.
Sick Leave Donations Employees in the Unit as well as officers above the rank of sergeant and other non-bargaining unit employees in the Police Department may donate sick leave for the purpose of providing authorized sick leave to any Unit member who has exhausted all accrued annual, compensatory and sick leave. Sick leave means leave earned under Section A. of this Article. The procedures governing donation of sick leave followed in implementing the Sick Leave Donor Program established by the predecessor Agreement between the parties shall remain in effect, except as provided in Section P of this Article. Where the FOP has an established leave donation agreement with another bargaining unit within Xxxxxxxxxx County, the employer agrees to honor the agreement pursuant to the applicable contractual requirements of the bargaining unit and transfer sick leave as requested. Reasonable Overtime (a) There is a requirement to work reasonable overtime. Subject to that requirement being met, it is not compulsory for an Employee to work overtime in a particular case.
Overtime Meal Employees requested to work more than two (2) hours overtime after completion of their regular shift, will be given one-half (1/2) hour on Company time to eat their lunch and will be given seven dollars ($7.00) meal money.
Overtime Bank All overtime remaining in an employee’s overtime bank at the end of the calendar year following that in which it was earned shall be paid out by the University.
Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.
Overtime Policy It shall be the policy of the City to avoid overtime work except when absolutely necessary and on the advance authorization of the appropriate supervisor, except that in an emergency such authorization may be granted subsequently.
