Effective Time of Notice. A Notice given to a Party in accordance with this Article XIX shall be deemed to have been given and received:
(a) if personally delivered to a Person’s address, on the day of delivery;
(b) if sent by courier or prepaid mail, on the day of delivery; and
(c) if transmitted by facsimile to a Person’s facsimile number, and a correct and complete transmission report is received by the sender, on the day of transmission.
Effective Time of Notice. 28.2.1 Any notice, invoice or other communication made by one Party to the other Party in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this Clause 28 shall be deemed to be received by the other Party:
(A) if delivered by hand or by courier, on the Day on which it is received at that Party’s address; and
(B) if sent by e-mail, on the next Day on which the office of the receiving Party is normally open for business following the Day on which it is received in a legible form at the address to which it is properly addressed. The foregoing shall not apply to notices or communications sent by e-mail under Schedule 4, which shall be deemed effective at the time transmitted to the e-mail address shown above or such other e-mail address previously notified by the receiving Party.
28.2.2 Without limiting the meaning of the word “received” for the purpose of the preceding Clause 28.2.1, a notice which is delivered by hand or by courier shall be deemed to have been received at a Party’s address if it is placed in any receptacle normally used for the delivery of post to the address of that Party.
Effective Time of Notice. A notice given by personal delivery, facsimile transmission or overnight courier shall be effective as of the time and date of the receipt of such delivery or transmission at the receiving Party's notice address. A notice given by certified mail shall be deemed to have been delivered on and shall be effective as of the third Business Day following the date on which it was deposited in the United States postal system. In the event the last day for giving notice or taking any other action under this agreement falls on a day that is not a Business Day, the last day for giving such notice or taking such other action shall be extended until the next day that is a Business Day.
Effective Time of Notice. 26.2.1 Any notice, invoice or other communication made by one Party to the other Party in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this Clause 26 shall be deemed to be received by the other Party if delivered by hand or by courier, on the day on which it is received at that Party's address, or if sent by e-mail on the next day on which the office of the receiving Party is normally open for business; provided always that operational notices pursuant to Clause 9 sent by email shall be deemed to be received immediately after their transmission. The receiving Party shall be obligated to transmit a manual (not automatic) written acknowledgement of successful receipt (which may be transmitted electronically) which the receiving Party shall furnish promptly after successful receipt.
Effective Time of Notice. 26.2.1. Any notice, invoice or other communication made by one Party to the other Party in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this Section 26 shall be deemed to be received by the other Party as follows:
(a) if delivered by hand or by courier, on the Day on which it is received at that Party’s address if on a local working day, or if not a local working day, on the immediately following local working day;
(b) if sent by nationally recognized overnight delivery service, registered or certified mail with return receipt requested, on the date of receipt; and
(c) subject to Section 26.2.3, if transmitted by e-mail on the next Day on which the office of the receiving Party is normally open for business following the Day on which the e-mail is actually received in the intended recipient’s inbox in a readable form.
26.2.2. Without limiting the meaning of the word “received” for the purpose of the preceding paragraph, a notice which is delivered by hand or by courier shall be deemed to have been received at a Party’s address if it is placed in any receptacle normally used for the delivery of post to the address of that Party.
26.2.3. Any notice given by electronic mail pursuant to Section 1.4, Section 2.3, Section 3.4, Section 4.2, Section 4.3, Section 4.5, Section 5.3.1, Section 5.4(c), Section 5.7, Section 5.17.3, Section 6.2.2, Section 7.5.4, Section 7.8.5, Section 7.8.6, Section 7.9.1(d), Section 7.12, Section 7.17, Section 9.2.1, Section 9.4, Section 10.3, Section 11.2.4, Section 11.3.3, Section 11.6, Section 11.7, Section 12.5, Section 12.11, Section 13.3, Section 14.12, Section 15.4, Section 16.5, Section 16.6, Section 16.7.8, Section 16.8.7, Section 20.2, Section 21.2, Section 22, Section 23.4, Section 27.4 and Section 28.3 and Exhibit E (Terms and Conditions Related to Use of ISO Containers) shall be subsequently confirmed by hand or overnight delivery of such notice, unless otherwise agreed, but without prejudice to the validity of the original notice.
26.2.4. Any Party hereto may change its address for written notice by giving written notice of such change to the other Party hereto. The Parties may agree in writing upon additional means of providing notices, consents and waivers under this Agreement in order to adapt to changing technology and commercial practices.
Effective Time of Notice. All notices and other communications shall be deemed to be effective at the time when it was dispatched.

The foregoing shall not apply to notices or communications sent by facsimile or e-mail under Sections 7.9.2, 7.9.3, and 7.10, which shall be deemed effective at the time transmitted to the facsimile number shown above or such other number or electronic mail address previously notified by the receiving Party.
Effective Time of Notice. Notices shall be deemed delivered (a) upon receipt if delivered by hand; (b) three business days after mailing if mailed (provided that any such mailed notice is sent by certified mail, postage prepaid, with return receipt requested and a return receipt is received); or (c) one business day after deposit with an overnight courier service if delivered by overnight courier.
Effective Time of Notice. Notices shall be deemed given upon the earlier of the following:
(a) If mailed, on the fifth Business Day following deposit in the mails;
(b) If given by fax, on transmission;
(c) On receipt.
