Owner’s Property. Any and all documentation (other than original tracings and original calculations) generated by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be considered Owner’s exclusive property and shall be disclosed only to the Owner and to not other person without Owner’s prior express written consent. Contractor shall keep confidential all working and deliberative material pursuant to Ind. Code §5-14-3-4.

Owner’s Property. 11.1. All fixtures, fittings, equipment and improvements attached to or built into the Apartment by the Owner at the Owner’s expense, which shall be listed in the Inventory and Schedule of Condition document to be prepared prior to the Commencement Date shall become or remain a part of the Apartment, and will be deemed to be the Owner’s property and may not be removed by the Lessee, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement or specifically agreed in writing between the Parties at the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Owner’s Property. All books, records, computer disks containing Property information, invoices and other documents received and/or maintained by Manager pursuant to this Agreement are and will remain the property of Owner, and shall be made available to Owner at any time with reasonable notice. Owner’s Property. All Submittals, Shop Drawings, computer disks, BIM modeling information, clash checks, schedules, annotated Specifications, samples and other Submittals shall become the Owner’s property upon receipt by the Owner or Architect.

Owner’s Property. Whenever Supplier shall have Owner’s property in its care, custody, or control for Supplier’s fabrication or otherwise as herein required, Supplier shall be deemed the insurer thereof and shall be responsible for such property until its return to and acceptance by Owner.
Owner’s Property. All furniture, furnishings and operating equipment of the F&B Department (including, but not limited to, items of decor, kitchen equipment, equipment relating to bars, room service and banquet services as well as chinaware, glassware, linens, silverware, utensils, uniforms and all similar items) and all operating supplies (including, but not limited to, inventories of food and beverages and other consumable items such as soap, cleaning materials, matches and all similar items) shall be and remain the property of Owner.
Owner’s Property. All the Contract Documents, all permits, licenses and applications obtained in connection with the Work, and all manuals, drawings, specifications, computations, sketches, test data, survey results, models, photographs, renderings, plans, shop and proposal drawings and other materials related to the Work and prepared by Contractor or any other person are the property of Owner. Upon Owner’s request, and at Owner’s expense, copies of any and all such documents shall be delivered to Owner. As a condition to final payment, originals of all such permits, licenses and applications and copies of any or all such other materials shall be delivered to Owner upon final acceptance of the Work by Owner, or upon termination of the Agreement (and Contractor shall see that all such materials are obtained from Subcontractors, materialmen and suppliers and delivered to Owner). Such materials shall not be used by Contractor or any other person in any way connected with any other work.
