OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION AND DATA. The State of Nebraska shall have the unlimited right to publish, duplicate, use, and disclose all information and data developed or derived by the contractor pursuant to this contract, subject to the confidentiality rights of clients receiving problem gambling treatment services.

OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION AND DATA. Xxxxxxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that Datacom and/or any Datacom delegee shall own all database, compilation, collective and similar rights, title and interests worldwide in any domain name database(s), and all information and derivative works generated from the domain name database(s) and that such domain name database may include, without limitation, (a) the original creation date of domain name registration(s), (b) the expiration date of domain name registration(s), (c) the name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, and where available fax number of all contacts for domain name registration(s), (d) any remarks concerning registered domain name(s) that appear or should appear in the WHOIS or similar information repositories, and (e) any other information generated or obtained in connection with providing domain name registration services. Datacom and/or any Datacom delegee shall not have any ownership interest in a single Registrant’s specific Registration Information outside of Datacom and/or any Datacom delegee’s rights in one or more domain name database(s).

OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION AND DATA. (a) This contract shall no way affect or limit the Board’s rights to use, disclose or duplicate, for any purpose whatsoever, all information and data pertaining to the Department or Covered Individuals and generated by the claims administration and other services provided by Contractor under this Contract. (b) All files (paper or electronic) containing any Wisconsin claimant or employee information and all records created and maintained in the course of the work specified by this Contract are the sole and exclusive property of the Board. Contractor may maintain copies of such files during the term of this Contract as may be necessary or appropriate for its performance of this Contract. Moreover, Contractor may maintain copies of such files after the term of this Contract (i) for 120 days after termination, after which all such files shall be transferred to the Board or destroyed by Contractor, except for any files as to which a claim has been made, and (ii) for an unlimited period of time after termination for Contractor’s use for statistical purposes, if Contractor first deletes all information in the records from which the identity of a claimant or employee could be determined and certifies to the Board that all personal identifiers have been removed from the retained files.

We own the following information for those registrations for which we are the registrar: (a) the original creation date of the registration, (b) the expiration date of the registration, (c) the name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, and where available fax number of the registrant and all contacts for the domain name registration, (d) any remarks concerning the registered domain name that appear or should appear in the WHOIS or similar database, and (e) any other information we generate or obtain in connection with the provision of Services, other than the domain name being registered, the IP addresses of the primary nameserver and any secondary nameservers for the domain name, and the corresponding names of those nameservers. We do not have any ownership interest in your specific personal registration information outside of our rights in our domain name database.
