Class Coverage Teachers, including but not limited to classroom teachers, special area teachers, and clinicians, shall not be required to take another teacher’s classes except in an emergency. Examples of an emergency are the following: a sudden illness of a teacher during the school day, or awaiting the arrival of an obtained substitute, and other situations mutually accepted by the teacher and the principal.
Wages and Classification Premiums Provisions under these headings shall remain unchanged and are repeated as 20.04, except to the extent that the Wage Schedule referred to in the hospital's expiring collective agreement shall be adjusted and retroactivity shall be paid in accordance with the Implementation Agreement signed.
Basic Coverage Contractor shall provide and maintain at the JBE’s discretion and Contractor’s expense the following insurance during the Term:
Support Coverage We do not provide Production or Development Support for Software that (a) you (or a third party) have modified or recompiled, (b) is running on hardware or hypervisor that is not Supported Hardware or (c) is running in an unsupported Use Case as described in an Exhibit. You are responsible for testing the Software before deploying it in your environment. You should also backup your systems on a regular basis and have those backups available if needed for support purposes.
’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage The Grantee shall provide workers’ compensation, in accordance with Chapter 440, F.S. and employer liability coverage with minimum limits of $100,000 per accident, $100,000 per person, and $500,000 policy aggregate. Such policies shall cover all employees engaged in any work under the Grant.
TEACHING HOURS AND CLASS LOAD A. Teacher hours of duty shall be: Seven (7) hours and forty-five (45) minutes per day
Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.
Out of Class Pay On occasion, due to operational necessity, an employee may be required to perform a majority of essential duties of another classification with a higher salary range. In such cases, payment for out-of-class work shall be 5% above the regular base pay of the employee for all hours worked in the higher classification. Such pay shall be a minimum of the “A” step of the higher classification and no more than the maximum of the highest step of the higher classification. If the 5% increase falls between steps, the next higher step is used. Eligibility for out-of-class pay will be subject to the following conditions:
RECOGNITION - EMPLOYEES COVERED (a) Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement for all full-time and part-time custodial/maintenance and food service employees employed by the Ionia Public Schools but excluding substitute and seasonal employees, executive and supervisory personnel and all others.
Contribution Formula - Basic Life Coverage For employee basic life coverage and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, the Employer contributes one-hundred (100) percent of the cost.
