Paid Partner Leave. 4.7.1 Subject to this clause, an employee (other than a casual employee) is entitled to access up to one calendar week (i.e. five working days) (pro-rata for part-time non-teaching employees) of their accrued sick leave entitlement on the birth or adoption of a child/xxx for whom the employee has direct parental care responsibility.
