Parent-Teacher Conferences A. Unit member shall be available at mutually arranged times during the regular school day to confer with parents regarding learning difficulties, student progress and/or behavioral problems a student may be experiencing. Unit members are encouraged to arrange a meeting or conference with parents before or after the regular school day if both time and place are mutually agreeable.
PRE-JOB CONFERENCE Section 1. Upon written request by either Party, a pre-job conference will be held prior to the time the Employees of such Employer begin work on the project.
Pre-Job Conferences a) The Employer will notify the Union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Conference Leave Upon written request, supported by a copy of an invitation, an employee shall be granted leave paid at full salary of up to two thirty-fifths of her Appointment Contract(s) to present papers at academic conferences. Such leave shall not be claimed if an authorized exchange of services agreeable to the employee can be arranged.
JOINT CONFERENCE BOARD (a) A Joint Conference Board shall be formed which will be composed of the Board of Directors of the Boilermaker Contractors' Association of British Columbia, and Members of Local Lodge 359 as appointed by the Business Manager. The Joint Conference Board shall meet at least once during each calendar year or more periodically upon request.
