Change of Plans. A bargaining unit member may change from one plan to the other only at the beginning of each contractual year. If a bargaining unit member changes from Plan A to Plan B any unused accumulated sick leave days shall not be forfeited.
Change of Plans. During a sabbatical leave, the faculty member may find it necessary to alter the original plan submitted to the Board. In such a case, an explanation of the change, detailing the circumstances which brought about or necessitated the change, must be submitted to the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and must be approved by the Assistant Superintendent. The faculty member on leave may implement the change of plans only after the Board has approved the change.
Change of Plans a. Any change of plans from that contained in the original application must be approved by the Superintendent and the Board.
b. If, because of serious illness or some other unforeseen contingency, it becomes impossible to utilize the sabbatical leave for the purpose for which it was granted, immediate notice must be given to the Superintendent.
c. Failure to give such notice shall render the teacher liable for refund of the entire amount of salary received during the period of sabbatical leave.
Change of Plans. As the Ülenurme Rural Municipality is currently building a kindergarten and an extension to the Tõrvandi sports facility is scheduled to be completed simultaneously, our original plan to build a new community centre was postponed. However, the municipality proposed that MTÜ Õnnemaa expand the family and youth work to Tõrvandi. The construction of the extension to the Tõrvandi sports facility is organised by the rural municipality – a total of ca 200 m2, 125 m2 of which will remain a multifunctional hall where the layout can be adjusted by sliding partitions, a music room and necessary auxiliary rooms where the family and youth centre can operate. MTÜ Õnnemaa submitted a project to the call for applications arranged by the Tartu Rural Development Association, aiming to expand the family and youth work service of the Ülenurme Rural Municipality for the families of Tõrvandi and its vicinity and the primary school pupils of the Ülenurme High School. The new and larger rooms in the sports facility and the equipment acquired through this project will enable us to offer new, versatile and high-quality family and youth work services that include all age groups and take local needs into account. The target group of the services of MTÜ Õnnemaa are the active representatives of the various generations in the rural municipality (babies with parents, pre-school children, pupils, young people from ages 7 to 26, and adults).
Change of Plans. If the Village deems it proper or necessary in the execution of work to make any alteration which will increase or diminish the quantity of labor or material or the expense of the work, such alteration shall not annul or vitiate the contract or agreement hereby entered into, nor release the labor and materials to complete the contract as altered. The value of work as added or omitted shall be added to or deducted from the amount otherwise due the Contractor, as the case may be, and the determination of such value shall be based on the rates and prices named in the contract, when such rates and prices can equitably be applied; otherwise, the value shall be determined by mutual agreement between the Village and the Contractor.
Change of Plans. NPN reserves the right to alter, change, amend, or delete fees at its sole discretion. NPN further reserves the right to institute new services and charge fees in association with the provision of such new services as it deems appropriate.
Change of Plans. Any change of plans from those contained in the original application must be approved by the superintendent and the Board. Failure to give such notice shall render the agreement between the Board and the teacher null and void.
Change of Plans. The Union agrees that the Employer may change the carrier for the major medical and/or hospitalization plans provided that the benefits provided are substantially equivalent to those currently provided. Any claim by the Union that such benefits or services provided by the new carrier are not substantially equal shall be subject to binding arbitration through the contractual grievance procedure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board and the Union agree that the Union shall be deemed to have reviewed and agreed to the Board’s selection of the insurance carrier and/or administrator with an implementation effective date of July 1, 2022, and any disagreement by the Union regarding such selection shall not be subject to arbitration.
Change of Plans. If at any time during a sabbatical leave a teacher makes a major change in his approved sabbatical without the prior written consent of the Superintendent, salary payments may be discontinued immediately.
Change of Plans. I understand that if my plans change, I will notify the kennel of the revised pick-up date. I understand that if my pet is left here more than three (3) days from the pick-up date, Smithfield Animal Hospital will consider the pet abandoned. Abandoned pets may be disposed of as deemed best. It is understood that this does not release me from paying all costs of your services, the use of the kennel, veterinary services and medicine. I also understand that my pet can only be picked up during the hour listed above. (We are closed Sundays and major holidays.)
