Parking Space Allocation. 3.6 parking spaces per each 1,000 rentable square feet of the Premises, including any expansion space. The parking spaces shall be unreserved, non-exclusive parking spaces in the Parking Facilities.

Parking Space Allocation. Tenant shall have the right ------------------------ to fifty-eight (58) unreserved parking spaces within the Parking Facilities, thirteen (13) of which shall be unreserved surface parking spaces in the parking lot adjacent to the Building and forty-five (45) of which shall be unreserved covered parking spaces within the garage. Tenant's Parking Space Allocation includes Tenant's Proportionate Share of visitor and handicapped parking; as such handicapped parking is required by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.

For every four spaces that are designated as a Car-Charging Stall as of the Date of Lease there will be two electric car chargers (“EV Stations”) in the locations shown on Exhibit G available for the connections serving each such Car-Charging Stall when in use. The parking rental for each of the parking spaces in Tenant’s Parking Space Allocation shall be $0.00 per month per space during the initial 132-month Term. Tenant’s Parking Space Allocation shall include Tenant’s Proportionate Share of visitor and handicapped parking.
Parking Space Allocation. Tenant shall have the right to one hundred seventy-three (173) parking spaces within the Parking Facilities of which one hundred fifty (150) shall be unreserved parking spaces and twenty-three (23) of which shall be reserved parking spaces., which spaces are identified on Exhibit M. Parking Space Allocation. Tenant shall be allocated 146 parking spaces (approximately 4 spaces per 1,000 Rentable Square Feet leased) within the Parking Facilities. Included within such allocation shall be four (4) reserved spaces, said reserved spaces to be initially located as shown on Exhibit A-3 attached hereto; however, Landlord reserves the right to relocate Tenant's four (4) reserved spaces by written notice to Tenant. Except for said reserved spaces, all parking spaces allocated to Tenant shall be unreserved and non-exclusive. Tenant's parking space allocation includes a proportionate share of visitors spaces and handicap spaces. Tenant's parking space allocation (but not the reserved parking) shall be equitably adjusted (up or down) in the event that the size of the Premises ever decreases (i.e., casualty, condemnation) or increases (i.e., ARTICLE XXVI hereof). Tenant's use of the Parking Facilities shall be without any additional change(s) other than those expressly set forth or expressly contemplated in this Lease.

For every four spaces that are designated as a Car-Charging Stall there will be two electric car chargers (“EV Stations”) in the locations shown on Exhibit G available for the connections serving each such Car-Charging Stall when in use. The parking rental for each of the parking spaces in Tenant’s Parking Space Allocation shall be $0.00 per month per space during the initial 132-month Term expiring on June 30, 2031. Tenant’s Parking Space Allocation shall include Tenant’s Proportionate Share of visitor and handicapped parking.”
