Parking Space Allocation Sample Clauses

Parking Space Allocation. Tenant shall have the right to 47 parking spaces within the Parking Facilities of which 47 shall be unreserved parking spaces and zero of which shall be reserved parking spaces. The parking rental for each of the unreserved parking spaces shall be $0.00 per month per space for the initial Term (prorated for any partial months). Tenant’s Parking Space Allocation shall include Tenant’s Proportionate Share of visitor and handicapped parking.

Parking Space Allocation. Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to seven (7) unreserved parking spaces within the Parking Facilities. Tenant’s Parking Space Allocation shall include Tenant’s Proportionate Share of visitor and handicapped parking, as such may be required by applicable law.

Parking Space Allocation. Tenant shall have the right to 438 parking spaces within the Parking Facilities during the Term, of which (a) 408 shall be unreserved parking spaces (of which 236 will be located on the Surface Lot and 172 will be located in the Phase II Parking Garage), (b) 12 shall have connections for car-chargers in the reserved spaces in the locations shown on Exhibit G (“Car-Charging Stalls”) (of which 5 will be located in the Surface Lot and 7 shall be located in the Phase II Parking Garage), and (c) 18 shall be the reserved spaces in the locations shown on Exhibit G (“Future Car-Charging Stalls”) (of which 5 will be located in the Surface Lot and 13 shall be located in the Phase II Parking Garage); provided that at such time as Tenant makes the Parking Space Alterations (as defined in Section 8.2) to any Future Car-Charging Stalls, such spaces shall have connections to be car-charging stalls and such spaces will be added to the number of Car-Charging Stalls, and subtracted from the Future Car-Charging Stalls, in Tenant’s Parking Spacing Allocation. For every four spaces that are designated as a Car-Charging Stall as of the Date of Lease there will be two electric car chargers (“EV Stations”) in the locations shown on Exhibit G available for the connections serving each such Car-Charging Stall when in use. The parking rental for each of the parking spaces in Tenant’s Parking Space Allocation shall be $0.00 per month per space during the initial 132-month Term. Tenant’s Parking Space Allocation shall include Tenant’s Proportionate Share of visitor and handicapped parking.

Parking Space Allocation. Twenty-nine (29) unreserved, non-exclusive parking spaces in the Parking Facilities.

Parking Space Allocation. 3.6 parking spaces in the Parking Facilities per each 1,000 rentable square feet of the Premises, including any additional space leased by Tenant after the date hereof. Fifteen (15) of the parking spaces shall be reserved (the "Reserved Spaces"), and the remainder shall be unreserved. The location of the Reserved Spaces is shown on Exhibit F attached hereto.

Parking Space Allocation. Tenant shall have the right to eighty-six (86) parking spaces within the Parking Facilities, five (5) of which shall be reserved garage parking spaces at a rate of $125.00 per month per space for the initial Term, twenty-four (24) of which shall be unreserved garage parking spaces at a rate of $75.00 per month per space for the initial Term and fifty- seven (57) of which shall be unreserved parking spaces on the surface parking lot as shown on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The rental rate for the surface parking spaces shall be $50.00 per month per space for the initial Term. All quoted parking rates are exclusive of taxes, which taxes shall be payable by Tenant in addition to parking rental simultaneously with payment of such rents. Tenant's Parking Space Allocation shall include one (1) 5055 Wilshire - Playboy Enterprises, Inc. - Lease 12/22/98 unreserved handicapped parking space. Tenant shall have the right to reduce its Parking Space Allocation in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII, Section (c).

Parking Space Allocation. Tenant’s Parking Space Allocation is comprised as follows: Tenant’s agents, invitees, employees, customers and students will have the right to park passenger vehicles in up to a maximum of sixty (60) parking spaces (the “Student Garage Spaces”) within the Parking Garage (as defined in Section 1.20) as follows: (i) up to twenty-five (25) employees, customers and students of Tenant will have the right to park in the Parking Garage from and after 5:30 p.m., San Antonio, Texas time, each day; and (ii) up to an additional thirty-five (35) agents, invitees, employees, customers and students of Tenant will have the right to park in the Parking Garage from and after 6:30 p.m., San Antonio, Texas time, each day. In addition to the Student Garage Spaces, Tenant’s agents, invitees, employees and/or instructors will have the right to park passenger vehicles in up to a maximum of ten (10) non-reserved parking spaces (the “Instructor Garage Spaces”) in the Parking Garage at any time during the day and/or evening (i.e., without any time restriction).

Parking Space Allocation. Twelve (12) reserved parking spaces in the Parking Facilities, subject to the provisions of Article 9 of this Lease.‌

Parking Space Allocation. Tenant shall have the right to use 540 unreserved parking spaces (270 of which shall be surface parking spaces and 270 of which shall be garage parking spaces) and 10 reserved parking spaces in the Parking Facilities. The reserved parking spaces shall be garage parking spaces and shall be in a location designated by Landlord.” Further, effective as of the Commencement Date for the Extended Term, the phrase “. . .free of any charge to Tenant or Tenant’s Agents, except as may be included in Basic Rent”, in the first (1st) sentence of Article VIII of the Lease, shall be deleted and the following sentence shall be added after the first (1st) sentence of said Article VIII. “Tenant shall pay, as Additional Rent, an amount equal to Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($30,250.00) per month for Tenant’s parking rights during the Extended Term, provided that during the Option Terms Tenant shall pay the prevailing rate charged by Landlord or Landlord’s parking operator for such parking spaces at the location of such spaces, plus any taxes imposed by any governmental authority in connection with such parking rights.”
