Common use of Part-Time Nurse Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two (72) hours per two week pay period.

Part-Time Nurse. Any A nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight at least sixteen (4816) or more hours per pay period week, but less than seventy 12 two forty (7240) hours per week or thirty-two week pay (32) hours within a fourteen (14) day period., or a twelve (12) hour shift nurse who is regularly scheduled to work at least thirty-six

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (4840) 29 or more hours per pay period period, but less than seventy 12 seventy-two (72) hours per two week 30 pay period.period (a 0.5 to 0.89 FTE). 31

Part-Time Nurse. Any A nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight an average of thirty-one 20 (4831) hours or more hours less per pay period but less than seventy 12 workweek within two (722) hours per two week pay periodconsecutive workweeks.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse A Nurse who is regularly scheduled to consistently work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period at 5 least 48 but less than seventy 12 two (72) 72 hours per two two-week pay periodperiod on a non-temporary 6 basis.

Part-Time Nurse. Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse A Registered Nurse who is regularly scheduled to work employed in a certain 11 shift budgeted position for less than forty eight (4840) hours per week or more eighty (80) hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two (72) hours per two week pay period.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty forty-eight 28 (48) or more hours per pay period period, but less than seventy 12 two sixty (7260) hours per two week pay period.period (a 0.60 29 to 0.74 FTE). 30

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty forty- 22 eight (48) or more hours per pay period period, but less than seventy 12 two sixty (7260) hours 23 per two week pay period.period (a 0.6 to 0.74 FTE). 24

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse A Nurse who is regularly scheduled to consistently 29 work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period at least 48 but less than seventy 12 two (72) 72 hours per two two-week pay periodperiod on a non-temporary 30 basis.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse A Registered Nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for less 6 than forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two (7240) hours per two week pay period(less than thirty-six (36) hours for Nurses regularly 7 scheduled to work 12-hour shifts) but at least twenty-four (24) hours per week, and who 8 is designated by the Medical Center as a “part-time” Registered Nurse.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse A Staff Nurse who is regularly scheduled to consistently work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more 27 between 48 and 71 hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two (72) hours per two two-week pay period.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse A Registered Nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two 1 forty (7240) hours per two week pay period.(less than thirty-six (36) hours for Nurses regularly scheduled to work 3 Medical Center as a “part-time” Registered Nurse. 4

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse Nurse who is regularly scheduled twenty (20) hours up to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more and including 7 35 hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two week, and who works that schedule consistently throughout the twelve (7212) hours per two week pay 8 month period.

Part-Time Nurse. 2 Any nurse Nurse who is regularly scheduled twenty-four (24) hours up to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight and 3 including thirty-five (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two (7235) hours per two week pay week, and who works that schedule 4 consistently throughout the twelve (12)-month period.

Part-Time Nurse. Any A nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty in an established position of at least twenty-four (24) hours per week or forty-eight (48) or more hours per within a pay period period, but less than seventy 12 two (72) hours per two week pay periodfull-time.

Part-Time Nurse. Any ‌ A Registered Nurse, other than a nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight three (483) or more hours twelve (12) hour shifts per pay period but week, who works less than seventy 12 two forty (7240) hours or eighty (80) hours per two week pay fourteen (14) day period, and is assigned on a regularly scheduled basis.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two forty (7240) hours per two week pay and who works consistently throughout the twelve (12) month period. Nurses who are regularly scheduled to work four 9– hour shifts or three 12–hour shifts per week shall be considered full-time rather than part-time nurses.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse A Registered Nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two 2 forty (7240) hours per two week pay period(less than thirty-six (36) hours for Nurses regularly scheduled to work 4 Medical Center as a “part-time” Registered Nurse.

Part-Time Nurse. Any A nurse who is regularly scheduled hired on a permanent basis and who normally works up to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight seven (487) or more hours per pay period day, but less than seventy 12 two thirty-five (7235) hours per two week pay periodweek, normally Monday to Friday, unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more less 8 than 40 hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two (72) week. Such nurses shall be eligible to receive earned leave and 9 extended illness hours per two week pay periodon a pro rata basis.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty forty-eight 21 (48) or more hours per pay period period, but less than seventy 12 two sixty (7260) hours per two week pay periodperiod (a 0.60 22 to 0.74 FTE).

Part-Time Nurse. Any A part-time equivalent nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period but and/or who works less than seventy 12 two forty (7240) hours per two week pay period(<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE).

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty forty-eight (48) or more hours per pay period period, but less than seventy 12 two sixty (7260) hours per two week pay periodperiod (a 0.60 to 0.74 FTE).

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two forty (7240) hours per two week pay and who works consistently throughout the twelve (12) month period. Nurses who are regularly scheduled to work four 9–hour shifts or three 12–hour shifts per week shall be considered full-time rather than part-time nurses.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse A Registered Nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two forty (7240) hours per two week pay period(less than thirty-six (36) hours for Nurses regularly scheduled to work 12-hour shifts)but at least sixteen (16) hours per week, and who is designated by the Hospital as a “part-time” Registered Nurse.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse Nurse who is regularly scheduled twenty-4 (240) hours up to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more and including 35 hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two week, and who works that schedule consistently throughout the twelve (7212) hours per two week pay month period.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two 26 forty (7240) hours per two week pay period(less than thirty-six (36) hours per week for nurses 27 working twelve (12)-hour shifts). Such nurses shall be eligible to receive earned 28 leave and extended illness hours on a pro rata basis.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty forty-eight (48) or 19 more hours per pay period period, but less than seventy 12 seventy-two (72) hours per two week pay periodperiod (a 0.60 20 to 0.89 FTE).

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two 2 forty (7240) hours per two week pay period(less than thirty-six (36) hours per week for nurses 4 leave and extended illness hours on a pro rata basis.

Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 8 shift for forty forty-eight (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 9 seventy-two (72) hours per two week pay period.

Part-Time Nurse. Any A nurse who is regularly scheduled to work less than forty hours per week or eighty (80) hours in a certain 11 shift for forty eight fourteen (4814) day period or more hours six twelve (12) hour shifts per pay period but less than seventy 12 two (72) hours per two week pay and who has successfully completed the required introductory period.
