Common use of Part-Time Nurse Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Nurse. A nurse regularly scheduled in an established position 27 of at least twenty-four (24) hours per week or forty-eight (48) hours within a pay period, 28 but less than full-time.

Part-Time Nurse. A nurse who is regularly scheduled in an established position 27 of at least twenty48 hours in a 14-four (24) hours per week or forty-eight (48) hours within a day pay period. Effective January 1, 28 but less than full2016, this will change to a nurse who is regularly scheduled at least 32 hours in a 14-timeday period.

Part-Time Nurse. A nurse who is regularly scheduled in an established position 27 of at least twentythirty-four two 2 (2432) hours per week or fortyin a 14-eight (48) hours within a pay day period, 28 but less than full-time.
