Common use of Part-Time Nurse Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Nurse. A nurse who is regularly scheduled at least thirty-two 6 (32) hours in a 14-day period.

Part-Time Nurse. A nurse who is regularly scheduled for less than thirty-six (36) but at least thirty-two 6 twenty (3220) hours in a 14-day periodper week.

Part-Time Nurse. A Any nurse who is regularly scheduled at least thirty-two 6 (32) for less 8 than 40 hours in per week. Such nurses shall be eligible to receive earned leave and 9 extended illness hours on a 14-day periodpro rata basis.

Part-Time Nurse. A nurse who is regularly scheduled at least thirty-two 6 to work a minimum of twenty (3220) hours per week but less than forty (40) hours per week. Unless otherwise provided within this Agreement, (e.g. Article 16 insurance program), such part-time nurse shall be eligible for benefits as specified herein on a pro rata basis in accordance with her/his actual hours paid including low census (up to a 14-day period.maximum of eighty (80) hours per pay period and excluding on call hours).‌

Part-Time Nurse. A nurse who is regularly scheduled in an established position 27 of at least thirtytwenty-two 6 four (3224) hours in per week or forty-eight (48) hours within a 14pay period, 28 but less than full-day periodtime.

Part-Time Nurse. A Any nurse who is regularly scheduled at least thirty-two 6 (32) for less than 40 14 hours in per week. Such nurses shall be eligible to receive earned leave and extend- 15 ed illness hours on a 14-day periodpro rata basis.

Part-Time Nurse. A Any nurse who is regularly scheduled at least thirty-two 6 (32) for less than 40 hours in per 15 week. Such nurses shall be eligible to receive earned leave and extended illness hours on a 14-day period16 pro rata basis.

Part-Time Nurse. A Any nurse who is regularly scheduled at least for less than 26 forty (40) hours per week (less than thirty-two 6 six (3236) hours in per week for nurses 27 working twelve (12)-hour shifts). Such nurses shall be eligible to receive earned 28 leave and extended illness hours on a 14-day periodpro rata basis.
