Common use of Part-Time Nurse Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Nurse. Any Nurse who is regularly scheduled twenty (20) hours up to and including 35 hours per week, and who works that schedule consistently throughout the twelve (12) month period.

Part-Time Nurse. 2 Any Nurse who is regularly scheduled twenty twenty-four (2024) hours up to and 3 including 35 thirty-five (35) hours per week, and who works that schedule 4 consistently throughout the twelve (12) month 12)-month period.

Part-Time Nurse. Any Nurse who is regularly scheduled twenty twenty-4 (20240) hours up to and including 35 hours per week, and who works that schedule consistently throughout the twelve (12) month period.

Part-Time Nurse. Any Nurse A nurse who is regularly scheduled twenty (20) at least 48 hours up in a 14-day pay period. Effective January 1, 2016, this will change to and including 35 a nurse who is regularly scheduled at least 32 hours per week, and who works that schedule consistently throughout the twelve (12) month in a 14-day period.

Part-Time Nurse. Any Nurse who is regularly scheduled twenty (20) hours up to and including 7 35 hours per week, and who works that schedule consistently throughout the twelve (12) 8 month period.
