Common use of Part-Time Nurse Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Nurse. Part-time status is held by all nurses who regularly work less than forty (40) hours within a seven (7) day period or eighty (80) hours per fourteen (14) day period, or, for nurses working twelve-hour shifts, less than thirty-six (36) hours within a seven (7) day period or seventy-two (72) hours in a fourteen (14) day period.
