Common use of Part-Time to Full-Time Status Clause in Contracts

Part-Time to Full-Time Status. By mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee, the conditions of employment of a part-time probationary or tenured employee, or without term Instructors and Lecturers, except for employees on the Reduced Appointment Retirement Plan, may be changed from a part-time to a full-time basis with a corresponding change in salary, provided the following conditions are met:
