Participation Upon Reemployment. A Participant whose employment terminates reenters the Plan as a Participant on the date of his reemployment. An Employee who satisfies the Plan's eligibility conditions but who terminates employment prior to becoming a Participant becomes a Participant in the Plan on the later of the Plan Entry Date on which he would have entered the Plan had he not terminated employment or the date of his reemployment.

Participation Upon Reemployment. In the event a Participant terminates his employment and is subsequently reemployed as an Employee, he shall resume participation on the first day of the month coincident with or following his date of reemployment.

In the event that an Employee completes the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2.1.1 above, his employment terminates prior to becoming a Participant and he is subsequently reemployed, such Employee shall be deemed to have met the eligibility requirements as of the date of his reemployment and shall become a Participant on the date of his reemployment; provided, however, that if he is reemployed prior to the date he would have become a Participant if his employment had not terminated, he shall become a Participant as of the date he would have become a Participant if his employment had not terminated. Any other Employee whose employment terminates and who is subsequently reemployed shall become a Participant in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2.1.1 and 2.1.2.
Participation Upon Reemployment. Any Participant who has a Termination Date but who is reemployed by an Employer will be eligible to again become an active Participant immediately upon his reemployment.
Participation Upon Reemployment. (a) A Participant whose employment with a Participating Employer terminates will re-enter the Plan as a Participant on his Reemployment Date. An Eligible Employee who satisfies the Plan's eligibility conditions but who terminates employment with the Participating Employer prior to becoming a Participant will become a Participant on the later of the Plan Entry Date on which he would have entered the Plan had he not terminated employment or his Reemployment Date. Any Employee who terminates employment prior to satisfying the Plan's eligibility conditions becomes a Participant in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.1.
Participation Upon Reemployment. A former Participant who returns to the employ of a Participating Employer will again become a Participant on the date on which he or she completes an Hour of Service following his or her reemployment, provided he or she is an Eligible Employee on such date and has not had a Substantial Period of Severance. A former Participant who returns to the employ of a Participating Employer after having a Substantial Period of Severance on account of his or her most recent period of absence shall be treated for all purposes under the Plan as a new Employee and will again become a Participant on the day on which he or she satisfies the requirements of this Article 4.
Participation Upon Reemployment. If an Employee terminates employment and is re-employed by the Employer or an Affiliated Employer, his or her Years of Service for purposes of eligibility (as well as the time such Employee enters or re-enters the Plan as a Participant) will be determined in accordance with the rules described in the definition of Years of Service.
Participation Upon Reemployment. (a) Unless specified otherwise in the adoption agreement, this Plan shall not utilize any special break in service rules dealing with the Participation of reemployed Participants. Therefore, former employees who were Participants in this Plan and who are reemployed shall immediately be Participants again and all pre-break service shall be credited for purposes of determining the date of Participation for all employees who never were Participants.
