2.1 ZTT Responsibilities. In support of the Data Partner, ZTT agrees to the following:
a) Provide Data Partner with one set of log-in credentials for access to database containing real-time enrollment data. A data dictionary will be provided for the user. The following data sets and fields may change at any time and will be provided to Data Partner based on the relevancy of the Data with Data Partner:
1. Outreach Partner Participants View Data fields include: ID (this is de-identified), Protocol, SMS Subscription, Currently receiving protocol messages, Language, Type of user, Channel of Registration, Date of registration, Zip code, County, State, and Referring URL.
2. Participant’s View by Referring URL Data fields include: ID, Protocol, Language, Type of user, Channel of registration, Zip code, County, State, and Referring URL.
3. Referral Survey Data fields include: ID, Type of user, Protocol at time of submission, Language, Date of registration, Zip code, County, State, Referral source, and Submission date.
4. App Usage Data fields include: ID, Number of Logins, Date of first login, Date of last login, Number of days since last login, Date of registration, Channel of enrollment, SMS subscription, Channel of SMS unsubscription, Date of unsubscription, Customer name, Zip code, County, State, and Type of User.
Partner Roles. Partners agree to the following, as well as specific partner roles and responsibilities laid out in the CES Policy and Procedures.
Partner Roles. 1.1 The functions of the School Council are:
(a) To represent the educational interests of the school;
(b) To advise on the quality of teaching and learning in the school;
(c) To facilitate parent and community involvement; and
(d) To advise the School Board on matters of concern to the school and to the community.
1.2 In undertaking these functions, the School Council shall:
(a) Approve for recommendation to the Board, a plan for improving teaching and learning in the school as developed through the School Development Process;
(b) Support and promote the plan approved by the Board for improving teaching and learning in the school;
(c) Ensure that the report on the school prepared under paragraph 24 (3) (k) of the Schools Act, 1997 is available to the public;
(d) Consider information respecting performance standards in the school;
(e) Assist in the system of monitoring and evaluating standards in the school;
(f) Monitor the implementation of recommendations in reports on the performance of the school;
(g) Conduct meetings with parents and members of the community on matters within its responsibility;
(h) Communicate concerns respecting Board policies and practices to the Board; and
(i) Approve and monitor activities for the raising of funds for the school.
1.3 As a partner to this agreement, the School Board shall:
(a) Ensure that school principals provide for the establishment of School Councils;
(b) Create a positive climate, which facilitates School Board and School Council activities and decisions;
(c) Develop policies to facilitate the establishment of School Councils;
(d) Provide the School Council with access to information relevant to their functioning;
(e) Respond to the recommendations of the School Council;
(f) Provide training, administrative support, and other support as necessary;
(g) Provide procedures which enable the School Council to access School Board Services.

Access Sites will complete the CARES Diversion Screening tool which will determine if the household can be diverted from entering the homeless response system by utilizing mainstream resources. Access site may also complete the Prevention Screening Tool if applicable. If the household is unable to be diverted, the household will be referred to the Assessment Site. Access sites will make referral or assignment to emergency shelter if necessary and available. Access sites will consider the unique rights and needs of all populations including American Indians.
