Maintenance Procedures. It is accepted that certain scheduled (preventive) and unscheduled maintenance actions will be carried out by the Parties on the items comprising the Interconnection. Where such actions could affect the proper functioning of the Interconnection, e.g., working on critical, centralised equipment, NOCs should be informed accordingly as early as possible in advance. In the case of scheduled maintenance, the schedule of critical activities must be made available to NOCs at least five (5) Working Days in advance. It is not necessary to inform the NOCs of completion of such activities. If, however, the maintenance action results in a Cataleptic Failure or a Partial Outage, the procedure in Clause D.8.2 above should be followed.
Maintenance Procedures. The Subrecipient shall develop and follow procedures to keep the property maintained and in good condition. At a minimum, the Subrecipient shall follow the vehicle maintenance schedule recommended by the manufacturer, showing the date the maintenance was performed. Maintenance records shall be provided to the State upon request.

In the event the work shall exceed fourteen (14) days, the Contractor shall provide a written request to the County for a time extension giving proper justification. Granting of any such extension will be solely at the discretion of the County and shall not exceed three (3) working days.
3. The Contractor shall complete the Daily Performance Report for herbicide application, hand or mechanical plant removal, inspections and observations for each maintenance zone. The Daily Performance Report will be located at the EWRF administration building. Completed forms shall be submitted to the County representative immediately upon completion of each monthly maintenance cycle for each zone. The Contractor shall provide written comments on the Attachment A (site Map) detailing specific zones treated with herbicides (to include quantities, applications and location, mechanically weeded areas and observations. The Contractor may request approval for use of their companies reporting format. Written acceptance shall be provided by Orange County prior to use.

5. The Contractor shall apply appropriate herbicides to all individuals of the vegetative species listed in this section. The vegetative species provided below, should be considered a general list of nuisance and exotic vegetation, which must be removed from all zones. At any time the County or its designated representative may add or delete nuisance I exotic vegetation from this list if the nuisance I exotic vegetation inhibits water quality goals. Removal methods may include select herbicide applications and mechanical and/or hand removal applications. Removal methods shall not impact adjacent desirable vegetation. Dying biomass may remain in place, except for cattail seed. Apply appropriate herbicides to all individuals of the vegetative species listed:
i. All species of cattails (Typha spp.)
ii. Primrose willow (Ludwigia peruviana)
iii. Seedbox (Ludwigia octovalvis)
iv. Ludwigia leptocarpa v. Scirpus cubensis vi. Dog fennel (Eupatorium sp...
Maintenance Procedures. It is important that the parties maintain accurate job descriptions and job ratings on an ongoing basis.
Maintenance Procedures. Contractor shall provide maintenance procedures, including but limited to, those listed below: Catalyst change-out on a piece-of-equipment-basis and including an isolation procedure (E-N/P); Non-statutory preventative maintenance (PM) program on a piece-of-equipment-basis including an isolation procedure (E-N/P) and condition monitoring system (CMS) set up for applicable rotating equipment items; and Inspection, and repair procedures for plant equipment including rotating equipment, pressure vessels (including internals), instrumentation, electrical equipment, and package equipment.
Maintenance Procedures a) To maintain the ongoing job evaluation program, the joint committee shall be retained to:
i. review all job evaluations within 10 years of last evaluation;
ii. evaluate new CUPE positions as they arise;
iii. evaluate positions previously evaluated under this system which have undergone a significant change in the position duties;
iv. A completed and signed "Request for Job Evaluation Form" will initiate an evaluation for either (ii) or (iii) above. Please see Appendix 1.
b) The committee will meet annually to review any outstanding evaluations as a result of (a) (ii) or (iii).
c) When a new position is established, the employer shall notify the union of job title, proposed job duties, and assign a temporary wage rate. After the incumbent has been in the position for at least six (6) months, the committee will evaluate the position in accordance with Article 2.
d) Job descriptions will be prepared by Human Resources following the evaluation and forwarded to the joint committee, incumbent and Manager/Supervisor for review and signature.
e) Copies of job evaluation documentation will be retained in Human Resources and also forwarded to the union for their records.
Maintenance Procedures. Customer shall initiate a request for Maintenance Services for Covered Equipment by delivering the Covered Equipment to the applicable Itron Certified Repair Center identified on the Itron Equipment Repair Location Table. Customer will return Covered Equipment at Customer’s expense and in accordance with Itron’s then-current Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) procedures. Upon receipt of Covered Equipment (with the required information) under Itron’s RMA procedures, Itron shall assess the item to determine (a) whether it is in fact Covered Equipment and (b) whether the maintenance requested is included within the Maintenance Services ordered by Customer and not otherwise excluded from coverage. If the returned equipment is determined to be Covered Equipment and the maintenance requested is included in the Maintenance Services ordered by Customer, Itron shall (i) perform preventative Maintenance Services necessary to maintain the Covered Equipment in Operating Condition, and (ii) diagnose and correct any failure in the Covered Equipment as necessary to meet Operating Condition, excluding minor cosmetic deficiencies such as blemishes, dents or scratches, and (iii) return the item of Covered Itron Equipment to Customer at Itron’s expense within the applicable turnaround time identified on the Itron Equipment Repair Table. If Itron determines that returned equipment is not Covered Equipment or is excluded from the Maintenance Services ordered by Customer, then Itron will proceed in accordance with the estimation fees section below.
Maintenance Procedures. Seller shall provide Buyer not less than ninety (90) days advance written notice prior to any Annual Maintenance Allowance Period for which Seller intends to reduce the Contract Quantity pursuant to Section 3.
1. After such notice, and except as the Parties may otherwise agree in writing, the Annual Maintenance Allowance Period for any calendar year shall be fixed for purposes of determining the Contract Quantity that Seller is obligated to deliver in such year. If no such timely notice is given by Seller, then there shall be no Annual Maintenance Allowance Period considered in determining the Contract Quantity that Seller is obligated to deliver.
Maintenance Procedures. The Network Deployment Committee shall ---------------------- coordinate maintenance procedures and protocols for use by XXX and SRP, including, without limitation, direct measure of quality tests to be performed no less frequently than on a quarterly basis. Standards developed for preventative maintenance by the Network Deployment Committee shall meet or exceed the more stringent of industry or XXX standards and practices then in existence. Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the effective date of this Agreement, the Network Deployment Committee shall adopt standard maintenance procedures and practices for the System.
