Pavment. University will invoice County in arrears on a monthly basis for training completed. In the event course schedule changes affect the amount billed, invoice adjustments will be prepared. County shall pay University within thirty days (30) of County's receipt of University invoice. The invoice shall indicate the total cost, the County's share of cost, and the University's in-kind contribution for the period. The maximum total cost of the Program shall not exceed Thousand Four Hundred 00.00) dollars.

Pavment. The Consultant shall be paid by the City for completed work and for services rendered under this Agreement as follows: A. Payment for the work provided by the Consultant shall be made as provided on Exhibit "8" attached hereto, provided that the total amount of payment to the Consultant shall not excecd $349.135.00 without express written modification of the Agreement signed by the City. B. The Consultant may submit vouchers to the City once per month during the progress of the work for partial payment for that portion of the project completed to date. Such vouchers will be checked by the City and, upon approval thereof, payment shall be made to the Consultant in the amount approved. C. Final payment of any balance due the Consultant of the total contract price earned will be made promptly upon its ascertainment and verification by the City after the completion of the work under this Agreement and its acceptance by the City. D. Payment as provided in this section shall be full compensation for work performed, services rendered, and for all materials, supplies, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the work. E. The Consultant's records and accounts pertaining to this Agreement are to be kept available for inspection by representatives of the City and the state of Washington for a period of three (3) years after final payments. Pavment. In support of the Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, NC State shall pay Xxxxxxx University in accordance with the schedule, terms, and payment instructions contained in Exhibit C.
Pavment. All compensation shall be based only on time worked or the application of appropriate staff benefits. Employees shall receive regular paychecks biweekly, no later than the middle of the second week following the completion of a biweekly pay period. Deductions from that check shall include only items authorized in writing by the employee or required by the law. In the event it is discovered that an employee received an overpayment of money from the University or received money to which he/she was not entitled, the employee shall make arrangements to repay the sum owed to the University. It is agreed that the arrangements made in this event will not cause an undue hardship to the employee and will provide the employee with the opportunity to repay the amount in question over a reasonable period of time. In the event an employee fails or refuses to make such arrangements, the University is authorized by this Agreement to deduct from the employee's pay each pay period twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount owed or $25.00, whichever is greater, until the entire amount has been reimbursed.
Pavment. PROGRAM SPONSOR shall have sole responsibility for payment of wages and benefits to Program instructors. Wage rates and benefits shall be solely determined by the PROGRAM SPONSOR.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises.   • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Landscaping The Owner will, before its plan of subdivision is released for registration, pay to the Town in lieu of planting any trees on the public streets within the plan, the amount shown for the purpose upon Schedule “J”.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.
