Pay for Holidays Not Worked. A permanent employee who is not required to work on a holiday, shall be entitled to and shall be paid by the Employer his/her regular rate of pay for each holiday not so worked, provided: i) he/she has worked his/her scheduled shift before or after the holiday, subject to reasonable cause; ii) he/she is not in receipt of Workers' Compensation or Long Term Disability benefits.
