Pay for Vacation. 37 38 a. Rate. The rate at which vacation is paid shall be at the employee’s current 39 rate. Employees whose vacations are earned and begun under a given status 40 shall suffer no loss of earned vacation salary by reason of subsequent 41 changes in conditions of employment.
