- Pay Progressions Subd. 1. Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Employees. All regular full-time and regular part-time employees shall be eligible to be considered for advancement to the next higher step within the pay range for their classification, if applicable, upon the completion of each twelve (12) months of actual paid service in such classification. Such increases may be withheld or delayed in cases where the employee's job performance has been of a less than satisfactory level in which case the employee shall be notified that the increase is being withheld or delayed and of the specific reasons therefore. All such denials or delays shall be grievable under the provisions of Article 4 of this Agreement. All increases approved pursuant to this section shall be made effective on the first day of the pay period, which includes the date of eligibility.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee A regular part-time employee is an employee hired to fill a posted part-time position and is regularly pre-scheduled to work.

  • Regular Employees Service credit shall be the period of employment with the Company and any service restored as per Part A, Item 5.3.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.
