Payment Commencement Date. (a) Except as hereinafter provided, fees, rates, and charges for the goods and services provided by the Authority to Participant under this Contract shall begin to accrue as of the Payment Commencement Date.
(b) If Participant executes this Contract after the Payment Commencement Date, then the Participant shall pay an equalization fee on the Effective Date which equals (i) the entire amount of the payments that Participant would have made from and after the Payment Commencement Date under the requirements of this Contract and the Rate Order, plus interest thereon compounded annually at the Applicable Interest Rate, and (ii) the Authority's actual or estimated increased costs incurred in connection with the development and implementation of the GRP and the design and permitting of the Project, plus interest thereon compounded annually at the Applicable Interest Rate, as calculated by the GRP Administrator, that would have been avoided if this Contract had been executed by Participant on or before the Payment Commencement Date, all as reasonably determined by the GRP Administrator.
Payment Commencement Date. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Plan, in the event that a Qualified Domestic Relations Order is received by the Plan Administrator, benefits shall be payable in accordance with such order and with Code section 414(p) and ERISA section 206(d). Payments may be made prior to the Participant's "earliest retirement age" (as defined in Code section 414(p) and ERISA section 206(d)), and are not subject to any other distribution or withdrawal restrictions provided in this Plan. The amount payable to the Participant and to any other person other than the alternate payee named in the order shall be adjusted accordingly. Pursuant to section 1.411(a)-11(c)(6) of the Regulations, and notwithstanding the provisions of Article VII, to the contrary, distributions to an alternate payee under the Plan shall not require the consent of the alternate payee, except as shall be provided for in the Qualified Domestic Relations Order applicable to such alternate payee. Any amounts held for the benefit of an alternate payee under the Plan shall be immediately distributable, without the consent of the alternate payee, after the Plan Administrator has determined that an order is a Qualified Domestic Relations Order, pursuant to the Plan's written administrative procedures for administering Qualified Domestic Relations Orders.

Pursuant to section 1.411(a)-11(c)(6) of the Regulations, and notwithstanding the provisions of Article VII and Article VIII, if applicable, to the contrary, distributions to an alternate payee under the Plan shall not require the consent of the alternate payee, except as shall be provided for in the Qualified Domestic Relations Order applicable to such alternate payee. Any amounts held for the benefit of an alternate payee under the Plan shall be immediately distributable, without the consent of the alternate payee, after the Plan Administrator has determined that an order is a Qualified Domestic Relations Order, pursuant to the Plan’s written administrative procedures for administering Qualified Domestic Relations Orders.
Payment Commencement Date. Payment Commencement Date" means, with ------------------------- respect to any Participant, the ninetieth (90th) day after the earlier of (a) such Participant's Retirement Date, or (b) the later to occur of (i) such Participant's Termination Date and (ii) age 65.
Payment Commencement Date for each Supplemental Agreement shall mean the date when (a) Licensee notifies NGrid that Licensee has obtained all of the approvals required for the Installation of its Structure or (b) Licensee begins Installation of said Structure, whichever occurs first.
Payment Commencement Date. The "Payment Commencement Date" shall be the earlier of the date on which IDI accepts the final shipment of Equipment and June 1, 1999.
Payment Commencement Date. (a) The Unitary Charge will be paid from the Service Commencement Date for each Project Facility in accordance with Part II (The Unitary Charge) of Schedule 15 (Payment Mechanism).
(b) The Authority will pay or procure the payment to PPP Co. of sums due from the Authority to PPP Co. under this Project Agreement in accordance with Part II (The Unitary Charge) of Schedule 15 (Payment Mechanism).
(c) The Parties agree to comply with their respective obligations under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012.
Payment Commencement Date. The Unitary Charge will be paid from the Service Commencement Date. The Authority will pay or procure the payment to PPP Co. of sums due from the Authority to PPP Co. under this Project Agreement. The Parties agree to comply with their respective obligations under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2002. The Unitary Charge will be claimed in accordance with Part [ ] of Schedule 15 (Payment Mechanism), by means of a valid invoice, in the form of the pro-forma set out in Part [ ] of Schedule 15 (Payment Mechanism), together with such other documentation as the Authority may reasonably require to enable them to verify the amounts claimed. The invoice submitted by PPP Co. in accordance with Clause 24.3(a) (Payable Monthly in Arrears) will include an accurate breakdown of the Unitary Charge clearly indicating the portion of the Unitary Charge which is chargeable to VAT at each applicable rate or VAT exempt. Payment will be due in accordance with Part [ ] of Schedule 15 (Payment Mechanism), following the presentation by PPP Co. of each valid and accurate monthly invoice in accordance with Clause 24.3 (Payable Monthly in Arrears).
Payment Commencement Date. (a) The Unitary Charge will be paid from the Service Commencement Date.
(b) The Authority will pay or procure the payment to PPP Co. of sums due from the Authority to PPP Co. under this Project Agreement. 18 Definition of Authority Representative to be defined on a project specific basis. The Authority’s Representative is sometimes different during the construction and services period. For a grouped schools project, there may be more than one Authority Representative, for example there may be delegated authority provided to each head of a School. If so, appropriate amendments will be required. The Authority may wish to provide for deputies to cover illness and holidays of the designated Authority Representative.
(c) The Parties agree to comply with their respective obligations under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2002.
Payment Commencement Date for each Supplemental Agreement shall mean the date when (a) Licensee notifies NGrid that Licensee has obtained all of the approvals required for the Installation of its Wireless Facilities or the Wireless Facilities of the first Sub-licensee at the Property covered by such Supplemental Agreement or (b) Licensee or Sub-licensee begins Installation of said Wireless Facilities, whichever occurs first.
