Payment for Accumulated Sick Leave. After twenty (20) years of service and the termination of employment in good standing, or upon retirement from the service of Camden County College as confirmed by the New Jersey Public Employee Retirement Systems, the Alternate Benefit Plan, or the New Jersey Teacher's Pension and Annuity Fund, an Association member shall receive a lump sum payment equal to $80.00 per day for not more than fifty percent (50%) of unused accumulated sick leave with the provision that:
