Payment for Overtime Compensation. Employees shall be compensated for overtime in cash or time off at the employee's option. If the employee chooses time off, such time off will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the employee and his supervisor not later than his next scheduled vacation period or December 31st of the year such time off was earned. It is agreed that the maximum time that an employee may have in the bank at any one time is hours.
