Payment for rental. 2.1 The hirer agrees to pay the owner the hire fee specified in the schedule for the equipment for the hire period, which includes any applicable GST, if a hire charge is applicable.
2.2 The hire fee must be paid to the owner prior to or on the commencement date of the hire period.

Payment for rental. 2.1 The hirer agrees to pay the owner the hire fee and the Security Deposit specified in the Schedule for the equipment for the hire period including any applicable GST, stamp duties, tolls, fines, penalties, levies or freight and other charges relevant to this agreement and the hire.
2.2 The required fees must be paid to the owner prior to or on the commencement date of the hire period. Account customers who do not pay their account on the terms agreed will be deemed to be in default. Equipment not returned on time and in accordance with this agreement will be subject to a continuance of the agreed rental until return is complete.
2.3 The owner may agree to make equipment delivery and collection arrangements to and from the hirer’s site and the hirer will pay to the owner any charges and expenses incurred in such delivery, installation and/or collection. The owner will use its best endeavours to deliver the equipment by the agreed time but will not be liable to the hirer for a late delivery, non-delivery or any associated loss or damage due to a late or non- delivery.
2.4 A cancellation fee may be charged by the owner where equipment has been reserved by booking and the hirer cancels the booking without reasonable notice or fails to take delivery of the equipment.
2.5 The owner may charge the hirer a fee for accepting payment by credit card.
2.6 The owner reserves the right at any time without notice to revise the hire charges.
Payment for rental. (a) The Hirer agrees to pay PLUL the Hire Fee specified for the Equipment for the Hire Period, which includes any applicable GST.
(b) The Hire Fee must be paid in full to PLUL prior to the commencement of the Hire Period, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
(c) Equipment not returned on time and in accordance with this Agreement will be subject to a continuance of the agreed hire at an overtime hourly rate until return is complete. In the event of late return the Hirer will be liable to pay for the Equipment on an overtime basis, at a rate of $60 per hour.
(d) The Hirer authorises PLUL to charge any excess or unpaid monies arising from the hire of the Equipment to the credit card provided by the Hirer to settle any charges and obligations payable under this Agreement.

2.5. The hirer is responsible for the payment of parking fines or any other traffic violations, including penalties claimed from the owner which are incurred during the agreed period of hire even if received by the owner after completion of the hire period.
Payment for rental. (a) The Hirer agrees to pay the Owner the hire fee specified in the Schedule ("Hire Fee") for the Vehicle for the Hire Period, which includes any applicable GST.
(b) The Hire Fee must be paid to the Owner prior to or on the commencement date of the Hire Period.
(c) The Hirer also agrees to pay the other amounts, set out in schedule 2, calculated in accordance with the price list and any duties, fees, outgoings, penalties, fines, demands, charges or costs imposed by any authority on or in connection with this agreement or the Hirer’s hiring of the Vehicle.
(d) The Hirer authorises the Owner to complete any documents necessary or desirable to enable the Hirer to make any payments through any credit card system.
(e) The Hirer acknowledges that a copy of their nominated bank card is kept on file during their hire period.
(f) The Hirer acknowledges that any costs incurred during the hire period will be deducted from their nominated bank card. This includes but is not limited to insurances excesses, vehicles damages, infringements, fines, tolls, refuelling charges and administration fees.
(g) The Hire Period may be extended but only with the prior approval of the Owner. Additional rental fees may apply.
(h) All payments are processed in Australian dollars. The Owner does not accept cash for payment of the Hire Fee or any other fee, deposit or bond.
(i) International credit cards may attract a international transaction fee from your financial institution.
(j) The Hirer agrees to pay additional credit card fees as disclosed by the Owner.
(k) A security bond is required to be held by the Owner to a credit card or debit card held in their own name. A pre-authorisation will be made on your chosen debit or credit card with the funds being held by your financial institution. Depending on the level of cover you choose, this amount can range from $1 up to $1000. Upon safe return of the Vehicle, the Owner will cancel the pre- authorisation. Please note that the release of these funds is the responsibility of your financial institution and times may vary.

Account customers who do not pay their account on the terms agreed will be deemed to be in default. If the Equipment is not returned on time and in accordance with provisions of this agreement the hirer shall pay to the owner damages equal to the rental pursuant to this agreement for the period starting on the date that the equipment was due to be returned pursuant to this agreement and ending on the date that the equipment is actually returned to the owner.
2.3 The owner may agree to make equipment delivery and collection arrangements to and from the hirer’s site and the hirer will pay to the owner any charges and expenses incurred in such delivery, installation and/or collection. The owner will use its best endeavours to deliver the equipment by the agreed time but will not be liable to the hirer for a late delivery, non-delivery or any associated loss or damage due to a late or non-delivery.

2.5 The owner may charge the hirer a fee for accepting payment by credit card.
2.6 The owner reserves the right at any time without notice to revise the hire charges provided that the owner provides to the hirer written notice of such a revision in the hire charges and the hire charges will be revised in accordance with such notice from the date of the giving of such notice.
Payment for rental. 5.1 The Client agrees to pay the Owner the hire fee specified in the Schedule ("Hire Fee") for the Equipment for the Hire Period, which includes any applicable GST. The Client is not entitled to any discount or refund if the Equipment is not used by the Client for any part of the Hire Period. Additional Hire Charges will apply if the Equipment is used in excess of 8 hours in any day. The Owner reserves the right to increase the Fees annually to recover any increases to its costs or arising from changes to the law.
5.2 Client will be charged for all cleaning and refuelling costs of the Equipment if not returned with a full fuel tank and in the same condition of cleanliness as it was when delivered. All cleaning and refuelling costs of the Equipment; Refuelling will be charged at the current rate for BP Premium Diesel per litre plus 10% of fuel cost as a service fee and cleaning of machine is a flat fee of $500 plus GST.
