Payment for Work on Public Holidays. If All work done by an Employee is required by the Employer to work (excluding salaried employees) on a public holiday, they holiday shall be paid for at the following penalty rate in addition to the applicable full time and part time base rate per hour set out in clause 3.2 of the Agreement. Full-time and part-time employees will be paid time and three quarters provided with a minimum payment of four (4) hours for the hours worked. That is, they will be paid the base hourly rate plus a 75% loadingshift.
